★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paul helped me find and get my home in North York. He was always helpful, responsive and made trying to find a home easy. He went to many viewings on my behalf and did video calls with me to show me the home. Finally, when it came time to closing, he led me through the process, made sure forms and everything was ready and even offered to help move my furniture in. Would highly recommend. Will definitely hire Paul again if and when I move next.

We were very particular in what we were looking for and Paul was very good at listening to our needs, finding and scheduling viewings, and being incredibly patient as we took our time finding the right place. He was super responsive, answered all of our questions, and made us feel comfortable and confident in the whole process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found Paul on Facebook, and he has been helping me with apartment searching for a whole month. He’s so helpful that whatever questions I asked, he will answer it as soon as he sees the messages. He knows the area very well that he can provide me information of different apartments area.
He also helped answered so many questions about different apartments and area which I wasn’t familiar of. It was a big help for finding the perfect apartment. He also offered to help moving furnitures or other things that I bought from online into the apartment before I arrive to the apartment. Since I have a dog, there are apartments owner that doesn’t want to rent it to someone who has a pet, so we did experienced a few hardship, but Paul was very patient and told me we can keep looking, or put in an offer to see if they will accept or not. And we finally found one that allows pet and within my budget. Also in a very safe area with lots of groceries stores, banks and stores.
I asked a lot of questions, but Paul always answer my questions with details and with understanding. It was a great experience working with Paul. I definitely recommend Paul if you’re looking for an apartment, he’ll do his best to find you the perfect one.

Right from my first call to schedule an appointment to view the condo, he was very responsive and was even able to introduce and advocate for me to the condo owner which helped to ease the process of me getting the condo. I’m really happy about this and wouldn’t hesitate to refer him to my friends. Thanks again Paul!

Paul is very friendly and goes out of his way to help in whatever way he can. He's very responsive and attentive, putting in extra effort into scheduling viewings and being available for them. I would highly recommend working with him!
