The team at New Era Real Estate made the rental and sale of our property a seamless and pleasant one. They handled finding a fantastic tenant for our unit and guided us through the sale process, once we were ready to sell. They are super organized, communicate effectively and paid close attention to our needs. This, we believe is the reason why our property sold in a very short period of time. On the first day a couple preemptive offers came in an John was able to negotiate an amazing deal, above asking, more then what we were expecting and we closed that day. From the start everything was professional with all the advise and pointers being top notch. And the best part is I saved ten of thousands of dollars.
