★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick to acknowledge, but very quick to dismiss. Went in for a general banking question and in less than 5 min, I was leaving after being dismissed by the teller, greeter, personal banker, and branch manager. Have never felt so unwelcome at a bank! Was interested in opening an account with them, but will not step a foot in that branch again. Horrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always dealt with a mortgage broker when it came to dealing with my mortgage. I had to use this branch because of porting the current mortgage we have.
All I have to say once my term is up with scotia bank I will NEVER use scotia bank to get a mortgage and its all thanks to this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better off calling customer support. Atleast they respect the clients. Opened an account 2 days ago. Moving my home branch.
Updates to my review: If I could I would give 0 stars, but anyways. After I left the branch the first time, I asked the people at bank to close my account. Well the account wasn't even open, because I did not signed any documents. The person form the bank called me the same day to confirm.
After a couple of months visited another scotia branch and found out that the account was active (should not have been in the first place) and they were charging the account fee for last 2 months.My only comment: choose your branch (and bank :-D) wisely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the 4th time I’ve been stopped by an employee outside the entrance, to be informed that the branch will not be taking cash from my business. When asked for the reason why, they say that there’s low staff today. How about you go inside and help out?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For many years this was a terrific branch then for the last two years it was pathetic.. Finally after two years of indifferent, uninterested service we finally have a rep that cares. Thank you Mohamed Alyousef. it was a pleasure dealing with you yesterday. Hope you stick around for a while.
Incompetence, indifference and rapid fire turnoverr. Something is very wrong in this branch and has been for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 15 years banking at this branch, I never thought I'd say my husband and I are happy to be leaving it. We went in to close our account and I have never been treated with such attitude. Both female tellers lacked customer service and both were quite rude. The Indian lady charged me an extra $5 because I told her that I didn't like going there anymore. I have to say this branch has gone downhill. The good employees have left and the ones there need customer service training and attitude adjustments. They need more diversity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Scotiabank branch, I have been to. If you want to be feel respected do not visit this branch . They guys does not have the basic courtesy and knowledge of what they are doing. Visited on saturday - at 11:11 on 23 april. Both girls whom I have told my situation were so dumb they dont even understand what sin number is supposed to be. I waited at the counter for 20 mins just to get a response that they cannot do anything and thats when the customer representative told me to visit in person. Scotiabank is so stupid, even after updating my address they have been sending my cards on wrong address. After visiting this branch I am hundred percent sure of closing my account that too when its a free account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXCEPTIONAL customer service!! Tellers and supervisor staff are very customer centric. The positive energy is comforting and contagious as witnessed to all others they served around me. People shouldn't blame tellers for bank policies. I am considering moving my business to this branch. Highly recommend.
