Standard message from Marisa Angelucci-Desira "go speak to you solicitor" basically copy pasted as response to EVERY email, likely under direction from her superior Toni Serrafero. They're not willing to speak to you even though I'm their customer. The assignment contract is with me! Even my solicitor advised me that they should directly answer my questions as I'm the buyer of the assignment from them! Extremely poor customer service, they will ask you to sign amendments without explaining or sending them for your lawyers review. Happy to share my story with anyone considering buying any of their constructions especially SOUL which is what I purchased. I believe they're starting sales on VIVO/ VERDE condos next door in Toronto - BUYER BEWARE! Edit: In response to FRAM's response - absolutely! In addition to poor service they will get you to sign amendments without explaining it or even sending it ahead of time for lawyers review.

Like any developer they have their issues, but overall much better than most I've dealt with in the past. Best thing about their approach is how the involve the community when building, really important to me. - Jim C

I've been trying to get answers to a question for about 5 months now and still have not gotten a response. They put in a system they claim to be energy efficient, expect it runs all the time and wastes energy causing the hydro bill to be through the roof. The experience has been so awful that I have contemplated selling it before closing.

Allowing people to move into properties before they are complete and entering poeple's units multiple times (sometimes without notice) to complete nothing. EXTREMELY rude customer service. Telling my tenant that their requests and concerns will not be "entertained". I'm glad you feel as though you can prioritize OWNERS (yes, my requests are not completed either) work order requests as "important" or "not important", and take weeks to fix simple problems. Extremely poor customer service. My tenant has requested to end their lease early due to the service they are receiving in the building. I too feel highly disrespected by what I am being told by them. DO NOT buy a property with FRAM if you are looking to rent it. They will deter you from making money, as in my case. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FRAM BUILDING GROUP!!!!!!!!
F	Fat Frumos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with Jennifer Quesnelle from Fram Building Group was the worst part of buying a condo that I have ever experienced! As someone who works in this industry I expect a way higher caliber of service. She’s either lazy, unmotivated, or she’s incompetent. She got everything wrong with the design products that i have chosen for the apartment from color to texture. Spent half day picking the right option for the place and I guess she decided to either take the wrong notes or just implement her own ideas/ changes for the place. Now that the apartment is done there is not much I can do about it. Please avoid working with her.

We thoroughly enjoyed living in our condo in this development but decided to sell and purchase one of the new town homes. Although we have experienced the frustrations and stresses inherent in every new build, when these situations arise, we have always been treated exceptionally well by Fred Serrafero who gets the job done. His friendly, professional approach has been extremely helpful in resolving our issues. We look forward to our next move into The New Shipyards later this year.
