★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite the same Dollarama as every other outlet. Ample parking as this is in Cloverdale mall. Also TTC bus stop for 111 is right outside on street arnd 50m walk from Dollarama.
They encourage the use of self checkout. Make sure not to place anything on area where plastic bags are kept. That causes problem in self checkout. Place all scanned items directly in your bag or right side shelf.

Pet section was lacking, overwhelming seasonal treats section, GREAT kitchen section.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manager yelled at staff to help customer when she was speaking with a customer. Very rude guy. When it is busy he looks very rushy and stressed out. All the other staff is AMAZING, the girls are so helpful they will walk you to the isle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of variety especially pet and kitchen related items which are my go to! Also never too packed when I shop (daytime usually) and customer service has always been pleasant. The location is great as there is so much around it being that its part of Cloverdale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there to buy some gardening stuff. The sticker on the packaging shows $3 while the scanner price shows $3.5. I don't care about a 50-cent difference. What I do care is the manager's attitude. I told her by law you are not supposed to charge $3.5 as the $3 on the packaging is a misleading price. The manager's attitude is terrible. She said no such law. You just pay for what is scanned. I wish she could have some common sense regarding business ethics.

Sure it's just a dollar store and they used to have a lot of regular household items that they don't always have now. The staff are not always friendly since minimum wage went to $14 but remember to use your manners and even though many of the products are made overseas. This doesn't mean you cannot find a good deal or 2 still the dollar store they actually have some good Hardware items and I always recommend some $2 Viva Puff cookies??
This Dollarama is located in Cloverdale Mall across from the LCBO and sometimes entrance from the mall is prohibited on the weekend so you have to come in from the parking lot entrance on the east side.??
Last piece of advice do not steal from Dollarama or you might end up in the slamma (Slammer)?
