★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is consistently low on stock every time I go in. I was told on January 15 that the reason for this is that it's end of season... for a tennis shoe. I have no idea what that means but it's often the response I get. Their shoes are overpriced and I can find the exact same shoe for 10-20% cheaper elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Shoes are a bit pricy (then again, they are at most stores unless they're on sale), but if you need advice, this is the place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came into Olly's for the first time this weekend and was pleased by the variety of shoes and products. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, I was assisted by Mariah she worked amazingly with my son. She was very kind and patient. I will be returning to this location :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dedicated kids shoe stores are few and far between these days, but that's what we need for our girls. Their feet seem to be non-standard fits, so we always have to try everything on and then choose from the one or two options that work. At Olly we actually have selection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great experience going in with my son for a new pair of shoes. Excellent precautions in place for COVID. Only one family allowed in per associate, door locked and entry is controlled. Lots of space inside to keep distance, associates are masked and respect distance fully. Precautions in place for trying on shoes as well. Great place to take littles if you need to and still feel safe!

I had a terrible experience at the Etobicoke location today. I have been buying most of my kids' shoes from this location or online for 4 years. Until today it's always been great. I tried to return a pair of boots today purchased pre lockdown. The man in the store told me he couldn't take them back as I was outside of the 14 days that they have been back open. All I asked was whether there was someone else I could speak with either at the store or from the corporate office.
He immediately turned very rude and became loud. He was pretty much yelling at me. Then he turned to sarcasm. I was in the store for 3 minutes in total and left feeling pretty darn rotten. It wasn't the fact that I couldn't return the boots that bothered me. After all I can certainly recover some money by selling them next winter. It was the way I was treated. Granted it was getting close to the end of the day and maybe the day hadn't been his best - but I was a customer.
I had actually planned on getting 4 pairs of shoes for my kids while I was there but was in no means eager to spend my money there today and opted to just leave. If this guy is the face of their brand (which he boasted he was since I would only get him if I called customer service) I don't even want to support them any longer at all - in store or online. Very disappointing. Great shoes but honestly one of the worse customer experiences I've had and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I was looking for a my daughter's shoes for size 3 infant.
Than worker told me they don't have it.
So I asked her is any location olly don't have it? Can you check it for me?
Than she asked me, does your baby walk?
I said she will.
Than she said we recommend the baby walk after 10 steps.
Okay.I understand why she said.
Because she knows better than me.
She didn't asked me what id our situation.
So I told her her doctor asked me to get a working shoes for her from here because here has a professional person for kids shoes.
I could tell she was upset because I explain what is our situation which makes no sense why she upset about it.
She asked me what lind of shoes I looking for by rude attitude.
So I told her I was looking for size 3 high cut shoes.
She said, oh we don't have high cut shoes.
So I asked her again, any location of olly don't have it?!
She said, NO Strongly.
Than the outher worker said we may have it.
They went to checking to back.
She brought me two pair ofsize 3 high cut shoes.
She was almost threw them on the table without looking me and sorry.
So I said you guys had it.
She ignored me.
Anyway she was so unprofessional at all and she lied to me.
That way I will not come back there again
And I will report them Head office too.
Hope nobady get experience like me again.
