Bamboo bowl was mostly rice and half of the chicken portion was not there! I understand they want to maximize their profit but this is not right. I Often eat at Freshii and to my experince, if they don't know you or you are not a regular, your meat portion is reduced and they'll add cheap fillers to save money. I am very disappointed when I see successful businesses try and cut corners and lose their customers!

NOT FRESH Unfortunately the lettuce in my Cobb salad is full of wilted browning lettuce. Totally not acceptable on so many counts. Also disappointing that although the website (where I ordered) shows two hard boiled eggs, my salad only came with one. It was hard to order online as it kept giving me payment error even after three attempts, verified card info, etc. Downloaded app and it worked ok. Can not recommend and will not be back. The only positive is that my order was ready when I arrived.

This is the worst Freshii. I got the exact same bowl in Oakville and it was delicious. Twice I came to Etobicoke location and I should learn from the past not to. I got hungry and came here in desperation as I didn't like the hot meal offerings at Putaseri today. The quinoa was overcooked and wet. Tasted like a whole pile of mush. And there were hard uncooked beans. Perhaps noone complained about the Tex Mex bowl since they didn't upgrade to the quinoa. I don't want a replacement bowl. I want a refund. It was gross!!! Why would I come back??? Their ingredients stand, I question tge refrigeration standard. The cucumber was dried while there cabbage had brown markings, a sign of the ingredient aging (it was also drying up).

I went in, in a rush and told the team member behind the counter that I unfortunately have a 16 hour shift in front of me..being an essential worker I need to be able to eat something half way through to keep my energy up. He suggested a bowl, and it's amazing and even 8 hours later :) absolutely wonderful customer service, I will be back :) thank you

Ordered on Ritual. Arrived at the store 3 mins after I got notification saying my order would be ready. Upon arrival I waited a few mins for the worker to acknowledge my presence (one client waiting for food to be made, another client waiting to order). When I announced I was there to pick up my order the worker said β€œit’ll be a minute” and proceeded to put my bowl together. He did this rather quickly and I walked over from the register side to the pick up side near the door and noticed as I’m walking past the food area he was putting something dark green I didn’t request (I ordered a make your own bowl and paid for 6 ingredients). When I asked him what he put in there he told me green onion. I corrected him and said I didn’t order green onion, to which he replied they were out of red onion (what I ordered). This worker didn’t ask me if I’d be ok with this change. I was there in the store with him and didn’t bother to check. I asked him to remove it. He went to the back to take the green onion out (not sure why he disappeared). When he returned he quickly put the lid back and started to bag my food. I asked him to replace the absent red onion with another ingredient because I had paid for 6, not 5…. He complied but not without making it obvious he was annoyed. I also informed him it’s best practice not to substitute an ingredient for another without checking with the customer in case they have a dislike for something or worse, allergic. He was very dismissive and rude by simply brushing me off with β€œyeah yeah, it’s fine”. WELL NO, IT’S ACTUALLY NOT FINE. Honest mistakes happen. This was no such case. This worker showed no client service or care. Food tasted fine but like others said, very very VERY stingy on the protein (I got chicken). You may respond and say the chicken is under everything else…. I had the bowl, you didn’t and I can tell you it was mostly rice and very little chicken. Will not return to this location.

Missing item from order, store promised to call me back (promised call back yesterday), never bothered to get back to me. Emailed Freshii from the app, no response to my email. All I wanted was a refund for the missing item...not complicated, won't be ordering again. Update: just got an email offering refund.

Wide range of menu items to choose from. Food is delish, but my favorite is the Market salad bowl. Absolutely divine. The peanut butter keto bites are pretty awesome as well.

These bowls were delicious. Haven't had freshies in over a decade and was happy I had it again. Delivery was prompt and everything was served well kept and came still warm. Will definitely be ordering again to try a different bowl.
