D	Dimon Dhand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quick good and sanitary clean, which is on my opinion very important in today's world, place. The selection kind of lessened, however not the quality. Nor the prices. Very welcomed, professional staff, very, I must admit.

This location is open 24 HRS, yet no Timbits nor doughnuts? Every visit We recieved really rude service, even when we called in to check availability in advance. Is this how you treat customers and the local community?

As the result, long line ip for the washroom with no one inside. I asked the cleaning lady about what’s up with washroom??? She just simply said “ I don’t know “ POOR PUBLIC SERVICE.
L	L Lu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting customer service skills from the night crew. Similarly to other commentators below, workers are rude and condescending. If you aren't capable of working, this job might not for you and should find something else. I observed a female worker shouting at a customer in drive thru after being told she was given the wrong order. When it was my turn, I was told the items ordered ahead through the app was not available. When I asked what is available from the lunch menu, I was given a simple and arrogant "nothing." I later opted and requested a medium double double coffee. When I got to the window, I was given steeped tea. I told the female staff that my order was made wrong, she began the same fit and did not once apologize for her mistake. I did not want to deal with her attitude and requested a refund knowing that I can spend my $ at another tim hortons that doesn't have obnoxious workers. She brought out her machine and said "make it fast. I have other customers waiting." I tapped my card and left. Upon getting home, I realized she did not issue a refund and instead charged me again. Absolutely disgusting. This tim hortons used to be my go-to as it used to have good employees working. In the midst of the pandemic, it seems like they have hired clueless and rude people who have no sense of customer service. I will be spending my $ at nearby tim hortons that know how to demonstrate basic decency to customers.
w	wesley raupp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered through the touch screen first mistake and nothing was available besides the coffee. After asking for a refund I was CHARGED a second time. By the interaction with the cashier on the terminal it looks completely on purpose.
V	Vijay Gupta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge sitting area with Wendy's store as well. Quite like the space and enjoyed double double. Good for friends n families. Near to Kipling Subway station. Loved the place. 5 star for the space sitting area and ambience and neighborhood.
