I absolutely love this place. It gets right down to it. The phone calls are phenomenal and I’m grateful I can just get my prescriptions without even having to change my clothes. Haha.

I went in to check the place out. I asked for some information. The elderly man at the front desk started asking me about what I was sick with. I explained I had been to another doctor with bad service and wanted to learn about this place. He was rude for no reason, completely uncalled for. "I can't help you" really, someone is considering being a customer you are rude to and can't help? Avoid this place.

The doctors at this location seem as if they feel they are better than everyone, very ignorant and in a hurry to prescribe drugs without exploring options. This is a seemingly large office with little staff but the wait times are just insane!

I walked in and greeted the clerk (Spanish accent with blonde/grey hair, elderly with 3d moles all over her face) she looked at me and asked if I had an appointment and before I could even answer her she cut me off to say well the doctors clinic is closed CAN'T YOU READ?!? There's signs everywhere LEARN TO READ! I wished her a merry Christmas and left. I'm utterly disgusted. I don't know how people who treat others this way maintain their job. She needs to see a doctor herself.

It really depends on the Doctor... My favorite is Dr Shokar and hes EXCELLENT!!! The wait time is also great if you go in the middle of work/school hours! I recommend not going after 4 cause they won’t accept you -even if the clinic closes hours away... they claim that they can’t accept anyone so that they can close on time. Also, one of the receptionists always seems kind of annoyed to be doing her job though... so awkward!

Wait 2 hours because everyone takes there sweet time. I'm putting on my jacket and I'm about to leave to go to the hospital because I can't take the chest pain anymore and they come in and give me attitude because I'm leaving. UPDATE: they keep calling saying I have a prescription and dont need to go to emerge.... how would you know that when I went there with chest pains and never got looked at? Also how can you prescribe when you never finished, nor did you begin the examination... B.s. DO NOT GO HERE

I've had one experience with this location and if the receptionist "Catherine" is any kind of representation of this clinic, I'll never be returning. My (9 mths pregnant) wife called here on a Sunday and after listening to the phone recording, tried to speak to the receptionist, but there was no answer. No big deal, they're open for another 2 hours, no problem right? Wrong. The phone greeting states that there are two entrances to the building but this is (seemingly) only the case during the week, so she had to walk around the entire building just to get inside. When she went in, she spoke to the only receptionist on duty who told her that the doctor isn't in and that there was a notice on the front door. Obviously she left. Since my wife came home in tears, I decided to give the clinic a call to see exactly what is up. I called and listened to the recorded message which states that they are open until 4pm, there are two entrances, etc etc. I tried all of the phone options to see if we had missed the information about the doctors being out of the office, but there wasn't anything. Nor was there any kind of indication that weekends were different than weekdays (aside from the hours of operation). I rang through to the receptionist who told me that there is no information on their site, or through the phone messages, regarding whether or not a doctor has chosen to work from home/do phone consultations because it is up to the doctors on an individual basis. When I asked here WHY that information is not posted, she told me that it's posted on the front door - that's amazing, if ONLY I lived within sight of their front door - absolutely ridiculous. At the very least, having a receptionist there with an iota of customer service/empathy would serve this location better, clearly she doesn't realize how lucky she is to actually HAVE a secure job. Here are some suggestions to the 'manager' of this location: - Include in the voice recordings that doctors are not in the office, and to MAKE SURE to speak to a receptionist before making the trip. - Include the same information on your website. - Hire a receptionist who answers the phone, and can at the very least, show some empathy to their callers - this is supposed to be a place where people go for care. - Save yourself some money and close the location on the weekends, if the receptionist can't be bothered to do her job, why is she there? If the doctor's can't be bothered to be IN the office, why have the office?

Dr. Wong has been my family doctor for over a decade now and she is nothing but compassionate, understanding, helpful and supportive. Even when she may not be well versed in something, she is honest and provides resources every time. Without her, my health wouldn't be what it is today. The staff here are great and friendly, with the exception of one or two people but that does not reflect the overall clinic that Dr. Wong operates. I am forever grateful to her and her staff.
