MCI The Doctor's Office at Six Points Plaza

NOT A CLINIC YOU WANT TO TRUST YOUR LOVED ONES WITH!!!! If I could leave a negative review, I would. Days of repeatedly going to the pharmacy that this clinic was supposed to send my 8 yr olds script for an eye infection, and after 5 days has yet to be sent. ABSOLUTELY no one answering the phones and automatically hanging up after making us wait multiple time for 20 mins on end. I STRONGLY recommend you take your family to another clinic that has respect for their patient's health and time. The mismanagement of this facility is disturbing.

Extremely frustrating experience. Almost impossible to contact by phone. And have to keep listening to same long message. Try to skip message and have to listen again. Option to leave a message. Pointless. They do not reply. Website suggests sending an email. Pointless. They do not respond. One morning I was on the phone 3 hours, nothing. Another time I was 13th on the wait list on the phone. My turn came up and they hung up on me. Start again and wait on phone for 30 minutes. I have to go in person to book an appointment. What walk-in. You have to phone to book a walk-in. Hah, try contact them by phone. My doctor, who I like, joined them else I would never use MCI Doctor's Office.

I was extremely impressed with our experience at this clinic today. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. My 94-year-old aunt was seen right away and was treated with courtesy. Dr. Babatope was excellent in diagnosis and Nurse Dominika(?) very caring and professional. A truly positive experience and highly recommended.

Where to begin.. I have every major symptom of strep throat and I came to this clinic. I was told I had to make an appt and come back and also that I needed to do a rapid test for covid beforehand. I did the test and not one staff member checked it so i dont understand why I needed it to begin with. I was seen by a doctor after waiting almost half hour after my appt time. He checked my breathing with a stethascope and told me I probably have covid and theres nothing they can do?! The doctor is basically making an uneducated guess on what you have without checking your throat or anything else. I explained my breathing was difficult and that my glands and neck was swollen and I was told antibiotics dont help with that (they 1000% help) How can he rule out strep throat without swabbing my throat to check for strep? How does he know I have covid without doing a proper covid check as i had already showed negative on the rapid test. No body here cares about you or your health and just wants you out as soon as possible. No questions answered at all. I asked if it was ok to take antibiotics without knowing if I needed them and he said yes and that was it. Basically i was prescribed drugs for an illness that nobody knows I suffer from because there was no test to determine what I had. Complete waste of time coming to this circus. Best bet is just go to a hospital or your regular doctor as these people have degrees from a cracker jack box. Funniest part however is all the negative reviews with a generic response from the mci team telling them to email their concern to another email. Why have you guys not already read it here? Why do people need to tell you the same thing twice? Because they want to act like they solved your problem and sweep it under the rug.

went in without an appointment ... the receptionist was very pleasant asked what i needed and said it wouldn't be a problem. She handled all the paperwork as asked me to have a seat. A short while later i was called into a room where a doctor took a look and almost immediately took care of things. Great job by everyone , especially since they were very busy.

I got there at 8:55am for a 9am appointment. The door was locked and the sign said to call in. I called the posted number 15 times. The number kept ringing busy while I was FREEZING waiting outside. The receptionist saw me but kept going about her business as if it were nothing. Finally another staff member shows up at 9:15am to start her shift. I wanted to follow her in but she said I cannot and that I have to wait outside. By this point I was furious and ready to lash out. Eventually someone came and opened the door to do my covid check and let me in. I got to see the doctor at 9:45am. The system is completely flawed and broken. Poor management and really cheap business model. If your going to refer people to the phones ensure you have high volume phone lines set up and staff to answer them. I will not be going back ever. Ps - my pharmacy faxed my prescription refill to them which they never sent back. I had to call them 10 more times to finally get an answer and have my prescription refilled.

If I could give this place Zero stars, I would. What is the point of having an online booking system with appointment times, if they're not going to be honoured? Both my husband and I booked appointments, and when we called in an hour later to see if there was an issue, were told the doctors double booked themselves and will call when it is convenient. Lovely.

If I could offer zero feedback I would. Receptionist, nurse amazing politeness. Saw the dermatologist Dr who should not be allowed to work with patients. Very rude and arrogant man . Complete idiot. Please do not see this man as he will not help you. Will make out there is something wrong with you. I feel sorry for the employee who has to reply to all these google reviews, there is only so much a person can do. Advice to the Dr do some training on how to talk to patients or improve aspects within your own life. There is clearly no empathy and rudeness present in this man.
