★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is unprofessional. I went in for a strep test on a Friday and told that the results would be accessible on the online portal and the doctor would call me with the results by Monday. On Monday the results were not in the portal (when I signed up for the portal at the clinic, they didn't tell me I needed to sign a consent form) and the doctor didn't call. I called them for the results and was told I would have to come in to get the results and they said they would leave the doctor a note to call me back. Two days later, he still hadn't called back. I
called back on Tuesday to make an appointment and was told the doctor had left for the day and that if I called back on Wednesday between 9:00-1:00 that he would speak to me on the phone.
When I called back on Wednesday, I was forwarded to a central number where Mark was very unhelpful. He refused to connect me directly to the clinic so that I could speak to the doctor and refused to transfer my call to a supervisor.
I am getting more and more sick by the day, and this clinic has no sympathy or care for their patients. They keep telling me I have to come in, no one has even suggested that I fill out the consent form for the portal, or given me any kind of helpful advice.
I have gone to other Appletree Clinics, and they were great. Just don't go to this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to give a rating because my experience was very good, and there are a lot of negative reviews.
My regular doctor was away, so I went in for a walk in for a sudden issue. I checked online to see wait times and the location I chose showed 15 minutes. The doctor and admin staff were quick, polite and informative. I was seen, given a course of treatment and sent out with prescriptions and potential escalations if necessary in under an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst place to go. The "family doctors" do not care for the health of their patients. Their fax doesn't even seem to work, whenever they intend to send a fax to a specialist, the specialist never receive the fax. Worst service!
Dr Vizel very unprofessional. I don't r commend him at all. I asked him to fill out a APS form, which normally jas a charge of $50. He told me I needed it to fill it out for him, which I didn't and because he had to fill it our, he charged $75 instead of $50. What kind of doctors tells the patient to fill out a form that they need to fill!?!?

I booked an appointment, but I still had to wait longer than one hour to see the doctor. I didn't have a health card, so I needed to pay $77 to visit the doctor. BUT the doctor was dealing with me and other patients at the same time. The doctor talked to me for two minutes and then rushed to go to see other patients and then came back to me and then disappeared...... so if so, how come the staff asked me to pay $77?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While I agree the wait times are problematic even when you have an appointment (1 hr extra is realistic) and it wont win any design awards, but I find Dr. Vizel excellent. Dont mistake his quiet nature for not listening or caring. I have no reason to doubt the other reviewers but Dr. Vizel has always treated me with respect and really knows his stuff. Extremely knowledgeable and looks after the patients needs (He has even booked appointments with other specialists for me based on any concerns I have with our followups). I accept the wait time because the care has always been excellent by Dr. Vizel. On the lighter side, a fresh coat of paint wouldnt be a bad idea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait times were 3 times what shown on the website. However, once they took me in the resident doctor was nice and gentle. Super professional. He then called a Dr. For a teleconsultation and he was also very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ for years iv been going to this drive through dr feel clinic.for more than 5 years iv been trying to time my appointments till i was the next patient in line and i always had to wait 2 hours still or more and i was next ..each time they took my blood pressure and said it was too high you need meds.LOL if you have to wait 2 months for your appointment and than two or more hours to see your family dr, who he tells you after 5 min he has other patients too to need to make this quick. your blood pressure will always be high. I have my own blood pressure machine and im good until im there and use theirs.
