They never called. I called again the next business day, spoke with another person - who is now telling me they cannot help me (whereas the person who ghosted my earlier call said they could). So much time wasted. The second person said I was not in their database - but it’s because the first person had taken my name, info and I had sent an email as well and again, never would call me back. Such a frustrating experience. This place has awful customer service.

S	Sanja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was consideret and did not come to clinic.with flu. So you get treated this way. In the morning of Jan 27 I called.to see if I can see dr via phone. I was told by receptionist that I would get call back from receptionist to make an app nobody called back I called around 430 pm and I was told that dr is busy call tomorrow around 10 am. I did call on Jan 28 receptionist said he will call me back in 30 min.nobody called back. I have nothing good to say about this clinic. Nobody called from even private number. My phone number is the same for the last 25 years. I called your clinic and your receptionist confirmed that you have corrected phone number in the file. Receptionist just does not call back as he get too busy with two people sitting in the waiting area. They have only one dr working in the clinic who deals with phone apps as well in person. You need better organization in the clinic.clinic is a total joke.

I am grateful to all the doctors working at St Andrew’s clinic, especially Dr. Hong and Dr. Khan. Recently, I also had a consultation with Dr. Vesna, she was also friendly and professional. I was surprised that I always get an appointment on the same day. I am also thankful to the amzing staff working at this clinic, Physicians Assistant Rupinder and Jamie, always been helpful, polite and professional with their work.
