l	lj mirallez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ google reviews are not always true! Good people have no time to say negative stuff. I've been going to this clinic for quite sometime . The doctors are extremely nice, the receptionists are not bad and I could see they are doing there best to multitask.
M	Matthew Barrett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 stars if possible... You can't see a doctor at this clinic. The past three times I've gone to get walk-in service, I did not get seen. Do yourself a favour and go sit in a waiting room elsewhere than coming here... you will see a doctor faster for the care you need! Went once and was told patients with appointments would be jumping the queue of walk-in patients. Another time I went late in the afternoon after work and it closed early. Finally, despite being a walk-in clinic, they do not provide service to walk-in patients on long weekends.
J	Jillian Sprenger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The WORST walk-in clinic I have ever been to. Waited 45 minutes for my appointment, and I was the only one in the waiting room. The doctor was extremely unfriendly, and when I asked her to look in my throat, the light touched my tongue and lips. I brought this to her attention and she said not to worry as the light hadn't been used that day yet. (This is during the Covid-19 pandemic, so I think it makes sense for me to be concerned). Also refused to do a throat swab even though I believe I have strep throat. Extremely unimpressed, I will never go here again.
R	Rosa Hanley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionists here never answer the phone or when they finally answer after the longest wait, just saying please hold and never return. I had to try to call 3 days in a raw to book one appointment. I think my doctor is great but the receptionists are not responsive at all. When I visited Clinic for my appointment, I was watching them how they work at the reception. Even though the phones were ringing constantly, they never picked up the phone. Finally when one of them answered, she put it on hold. There was no patients at the reception windows or they were not on any other line. They were just chatting and did their paperwork. Hope they understand the frustrations of the patients when someone had to call 3 consecutive days to see the doctor for 10 minutes.
T	THE CUTEST TODDLER on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chen has no patience and comes off as really arrogant, almost like she doesn’t care about what you have to say. Even before the pandemic when I complained about injuries she would roll her eyes, like why would a doctor do that to a patient? She is no longer my family doctor after the latest phone appointment we had where she refused to help me and tried to get me to take medication for something else. All she wants to do is to get you onto whatever prescription she sees fit so she can move onto the next person. I regret ever seeing her.

D	Daniel Morris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know for the life of me why it takes weeks to book an appointment with Eric Raddatz. He's a horrible doctor. I've had him for several years and he was fine for checking blood pressure or basic care, but if you actually have a serious problem, run the other way. He has absolutely no shred of intellectual curiosity and desire to get to the route of a serious problem. Rather than refer me to a neurologist for tingling and numbness in my head he said it was due to nasal congestion and that I should speak to a sleep doctor. I came to hm with difficulty falling asleep 2 years ago and he prescribed me with mirtazapine. When the drug started to create fragmented sleep he wanted to increase the dosage, as though that was supposed to be the solution. He didn't even have me do any blood work. I now have a serious problem and it's his fault. I only had an iron deficiency in the beginning. He also said that the extreme brain fog caused by the drug was due to being sleep deprived. He's so full of it.
