O	Olivia Zima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All I needed was a signature from the doctor who takes her sweet time to get to you. She could have come out and signed it within 2 seconds. Their pharmacy right across the office has excellent customer service they should take some lessons and have more common sense to not waste time .
A	ACE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are unable to diagnose or treat any issues, I genuinely don't know what they're even capable of besides using bandaids and tensor bandages. This "clinic" either doesn't know how to, or is simply uncertified to do basic sutures on a finger. Even I own and can use a suture kit, looks like I'm sewing myself up tonight since I'm not going to waste my time or a hospital's time for 2-3 stitches. Note to the owner: Just close the doors mate, keep the pharmacy but lose the walk-in

I don't understand how people work in the medical Sector and just don't care. She didn't explain why the doctor wasn't available, when I could come back, if there was anyone in the area. Ugly customer service
L	Lisa Oh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not a professional place. Having Dr. Amany Makar as a family doctor. She is sloppy fast and pushes pills out the door in record time. 5 minutes if I'm lucky. She does not have respect for her patent. Nor does she take the time to listen to you. A few mths prior, She sent me for narrow angle glaucoma surgery. I asked her to have a look at the skin on my back. I have a history of psoriasis. She looked so fast but managed to tell me I needed a new Bra. She then gave me a prescription of pills. You do not take it if you have narrow angle glaucoma. I had surgery for this. I woke up almost blind after trusting your family doctor. I went home and took it as she had told me. Hydroxyzine 25 mg ( itchy skin) Clonazepam 1mg ( anxiety) Neither one of these should be used if you have glaucoma. My advice is that anyone seeing this doctor. They need to check the pills she gives out. Especially anything new to you. My opinion is too fast careless and extremely unprofessional. Nobody wants to take a pill and wake up with horrible vision for a few hours. The pharmacy there did not catch it either. As I said, totally unprofessional
N	Ndstu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A one star rating is more than this place deserves. I don’t know if it’s incompetence or if the doctors have just stretched themselves too thin. Gave them a try when I needed a new family doctor. My experience in the last year is this: rushed & inaccurate diagnosis, lack of attention to detail, and, as others have commented, near-impossibility of meeting a doctor in-person. Seriously, don’t bother going to this place. It’s a waste of your time and all that will come of it is they will pocket taxpayer money, while you will be no better off. Just go somewhere else and get proper care.

My husband was refused medical assistance with possible rib fracture over his medical status. Its disgusting! I nor my family will ever visit this place again! And I'll make sure I spread the word. It's simply disgusting.
