Happened more than 3 times in past 2 weeks. They really need someone to manage things around. Not just from the doctor’s side but from the patient’s side as well.

And now they are closed and aren’t taking my calls (may I add: I’ve called them 4 times to fax it) and I will be going to bed with out my medication. Thanks ??
M	Mila K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr.Kattygnarath Tiao is quite possibly the most impatient doctor I've come across. He claimed that nothing was wrong with me despite my blood test results. Also, the report was sent to my family doctor FIVE MONTHS after the appointment. should have looked at the other reviews prior to booking an appointment. WASTE OF TIME.
L	L K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unorganized clinic (do not even bother to call for an appointment) and rude walk-in doctors who will take less than 3 minutes to talk to you about your condition. Then the doctor will refer you to get more tests before they can give an accurate response (the doctor won’t even give you advice on what to do in the meantime OR even have the manners to say goodbye). Over 2 weeks have past, not a single follow up, had to call the labs myself to get back the results which were worrying and should of been addressed immediately. BAD walk in. Don’t even bother trying to get them on the phone sometimes they just will pick up and then hang up. This is dangerous establishment to anyone’s health.

There is one who is amazing and helps you right away and efficiently and then there is another who seems like she has better things to do or has no idea what’s going on. Documents have gone missing and pretty bad communication.

As much as I'd like to (and have been) giving them the benefit of the doubt, the receptionist staff needs to take more responsibility. Every single time I need to book an appointment, I need to call and email several times, and with how busy the psychiatrist's schedule is, by the time I get a call or email back its for a month or more after I first emailed. The appointments so far have all been over call and at maximum around 15-20 minutes. Even when I hear back through email, they're pretty much always vaguely coherent and often difficult to understand. On top of this, they do not see or respond to any follow up emails. I am beyond frustrated. I can understand the impact of COVID-19, and language barriers over email, but as a medical establishment my experience has been disappointing.

It doesn’t matter how many messages or emails that you send, don’t expect a response within a week. You’re better off leaving this clinic and finding another clinic that gets back to you and care about your well-being. This is not the place. I encourage you to find an alternative clinic for your family. I’ve been going to this clinic for 3 years and the decline in service, and care is so evident and concerning. When it comes to healthcare, this clinic doesn’t care. They really don’t. You will die trying to get a hold of anyone there.
