β β β β β My family has been seeing the doctors at this office for about 4 years now. They have always been extremely professional, very helpful and great to work with. The staff at the front desk have always been very friendly and nice. Both Dr Zabib and Mohammad are excellent doctors. They are caring and take time to ask questions and listen to patients, which Iβve found to be very rare with other family physicians weβve had. I would definitely recommend them as doctors.
The practice has grown considerably over the last few years and as a result wait times have increased a little. You used to be able to walk in and see a doctor fairly quickly, but now they are busier, and you may have to wait a little longer. This is no different to any other doctorβs office in the area so I recommend that you call ahead and make an appointment if possible.

β β β β β This office is the best I've ever attended. From Nada and Victoria and all the staff to the pharmacy...they are very helpful, courteous and very accommodating. Dr. Nassar is absolutely wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. Doctor Mohamed is great too. Do not hesitate to come to this fantastic group. If you need help...the best is here. 5 stars is not enough ***************

β β β β β The doctors care about their patients. The receptionists are incompetent. I have to play phone tag with them and my pharmacy for prescriptions. Get staff that know what theyβre doing or get a new fax machine! Totally not impressed!

β β β β β The worst clinic I have seen in Canada. Although I had an appointment,they kept me waiting in the room for almost an hour and the doctor was checking walk in patients while I am waiting.When,I raised the issue to receptionist Nada,she was so rude and shouting and she said that is normal people usually waiting for an hour or more in the clinic.Another colleague of Nada from the pharmacy interfered and was shouting in defending Nada.
I advise you not to go to this clinic because they do not know how to deal with patients and the staff are not professional and rude.

β β β β β After multiple visits over months to Dr. Zabib for bowel issues, my very close family member was told they just needed more fiber and kept getting prescriptions for laxatives even though they were losing weight and physically weakening. After forcing this family member to emerg at Mt sinai they were diagnosed on the spot with stage 4 colon cancer and were operated on immediately to remove a large tumour and underwent chemotherapy, colostomy bags etc . If you feel like something is wrong and you're not being taken seriously here please go elsewhere.. you're not crazy something is wrong... this doctor is just too lazy to do actual tests on you and prefers to just swipe your card. We almost lost my loved one after being in his "care".

β β β β β I wish I read the reviews before coming here. They are painfully slow. Rooms are not kept clean, washroom is missing paper towels. No visible hand sanitizers anywhere, doctor is bouncing room to room yet I havent seen him wash hands once - doors open, patients walk out, he is still typing on a computer then walks up to another room. Please don't trust these people with your health.

β β β β β Horrible experience. Was told it was a 45 minute wait to get stitches in my hand. Ended up waiting over 4 & a half hours. Doctor did a terrible job stitching my hand and less than 48 hours later one has come completely undone. Concerned for the health of my hand now & have to go get a second opinion. Doctor did not even bandage my fresh stitches & sent me home with no advice other than βget them out in a week.β Do not go here if you want to feel cared for.
