J	Joyce Tam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not entirely sure why this place has very high reviews. My experience was not as good as the reviews here. The food is very mediocre at best and the service was not the greatest either. My friend and I ordered a nachos and 1 pound of wings (8 little wings in total) to share. The nachos came with salsa and sour cream which both were in one of those tiny take out condiments. It’s definitely not enough for the size of the nachos. I asked the server if she could give me more dips because my friend and I were sharing the food and it is covid times. She told me I have to pay extra if I want that and we are sharing the food already implying that there’s no concerns over the pandemic. I was very surprised that the server would actually try to use splitting our food against my concerns over the pandemic to avoid providing separate sauces for us! In the end she brought out additional dips and said that regardless of covid, the policy doesn’t change but they made an exception for us this time. Definitely wasn’t said in a nice way either. I am quite disappointed with the food and and service. Do yourself a favor, don’t go there for the food. I think people enjoy the place for the draft beers.

The service was STELLAR, the girls go above and beyond; I had the pleasure of meeting several of the girls working. Who were all very kind and extremely welcoming. It for their reason alone, that I give 5 stars. If I'm being honest, the food, hit the spot, BUT their are some things I'd do a bit differently. This is in no way a shot at the place itself, I had a great time with my mother and grandmother. But the chef in me will always critique when necessary. But that is neither here nor there, drop me a line for a private consultation on subtle beneficial criticisms. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this establishment and can't wait to visit again. See ya soon!

A great place if you're looking for pub food like wings but it also has really good entree menus. I had the Philly cheese steak and it was delicious.

B	Brandon B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I celebrated my birthday tonight at Fred’s. I picked this place because I knew it was an easy going sports bar that actually has good drinks and amazing food. But what made my birthday super special and easy going was the hospitality of the staff and their careful care they provided to my party of about 15-20 people. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday. The staff made everything super easy and wonderful, including storing my ice cream cake in their freezer and providing plates to serve it to my party. The food is also amazing here and everyone enjoyed whatever they ordered. But like I said, the staff working there made it an amazing experience and I couldn’t thank them enough. I couldn’t recommend this place more, whether it be for a date night out, to watch the game with friends, or a quick stop for some drinks and a bite. A big thank you to the staff at Fred’s and to the chefs in the kitchen that made sure the food being served was beyond amazing. Pizzas, pastas, grilled calamari, and chicken bites were among some of the food my friends all enjoyed. This Mississauga staple was a great place to host my birthday and I have nothing bad to say about it…only amazing things.

S	Sal V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally sports bar have mediocre food but Fred's proves that wrong. This place is a sports bar with good food and drinks. We ordered the fried calamari and it is a must try if you like calamari. We also ordered a burger and steak sandwich. Everything tasted really good.
