If you value your time take your business elsewhere.
It says on Google that they close at 5pm. I call reception at 4.15 and wait 25 minutes on the phone. It is an urgent matter regarding my prescription. No one is answering so I call their pharmacy instead. They tell me: "Oh yeah, they left early. Sometimes they leave early depending on the schedule. Try again tomorrow". What kind of service is that? This is not the first time they make me jump through hoops.
About a month ago I booked an appointment regarding my prescription on their website. Since the doctor was busy, I had to wait about 2-3 days for the next available appointment. They notified me that the doctor may call up to 1 hour late. My appointment was set to 3pm. At 6pm, 1 hour after their office closes, I assumed there was some kind of an issue and I was not going to receive a call. So, I went to get groceries. In the 5 minutes when I was in the basement garage the doctor called (at 6.05pm). I called back as soon as I was out of the garage (6.07pm). The reception told me that since I missed the call I have to book the appointment all over again and wait another 2-3 days.
Your service is ridiculous, absolutely zero effort to satisfy customers' needs. I recieved no help from the reception. It feels like the workers simply do not care about the customers.
My advise to any potential new patients - if you have other options, stay clear of this place.

My appointment was rescheduled three times as my family Dr would not be in. I agreed to see another DR in the office Dr Bawangoanwala. the day of my appointment I get several reminder texts giving the option to check if there are any delays it shows none. I arrive at the exact time of my appointment and was told there 30-40 minute wait. I told the receptionist I had a quick errand to run and will be back in 20 minutes. I got back in less than 15 minutes and was told there's still 7 people ahead of me. When I asked what the purpose of my appointment is if I still had to wait I was told the DR is going away and squeezing in her patients. I was finally called only to be put in hallway to wait some more. The Dr passed me and did not even have the courtesy to acknowledge me sitting there. I was put in a room, after waiting another half I decided to leave. The lab tech(only good thing about the staff) was very apologetic. I asked her to ensure ohip will not be billed she advised it will not be but I will call ohip to confirm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just to let you know if you think they have basic things that are supposed to be in “urgent care” like surgical glue for minor cut you are wrong. It says there is walk in and open but dr not in until after 12 and I was on phone for long time with no answer. Don’t bother. And yes the reception super helpful she said go to emerg for the minor cut..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had appointment on june 1 1:30 with dr Asifa I thought she was my family doctor when I got there receptionist said dr Asifa dont wana see me cause I haven't visited her in 3 years and she is not my family doctor anymore No one called to tell me that. I had to take time off work to go see very disappointed

Also really appreciate Nurse Nora..very professional and caring..Nurse Nora is truly a remarkable person and so caring. So far we are really impressed with the service at Intrepid Medical Centre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment with dr sidra at 3:30 on 25 feb 2022 on phone call . I waited till 7:00 . Heard nothing from office no email about why this happened . Irresponsible non prodessional attitude . If dr sidra changed her plan due to some reason office might call email about the delay or cancellation of appointment .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible clinic very hard to get through confirmed appointment went there after telling them on arrival was asked to wait after 30 min if waiting was put in a room waiting another 30 minutes was told i have no appointment and the doctor is not coming .
Doctors there are inconsiderate they don’t care about patients mismanaged place . They kept on saying no doctor is available for a confirmed appointment eventually had to tell them i will complain about this then only a doctor saw my daughter.
if i could give a lower rating i would.
