The spa itself is exceptionally clean and pretty inside equipped with the best technology and premium products. Also the prices cannot be beat. I can't wait to go back for my follow-up. I am usually very skeptical about all 5* reviews since it seemed too good to be true. Well I must admit the reviews did not lie. I got an amazing deal for 3 IPL treatments on Groupon. Had my first appointment today and was completely blown away. The facility is brand new and super clean with a very modern look. As I got to the door, a sign was posted to wear a mask and knock before entering. Diana opened the door, wearing a mask, face shield/gloves, offered hand sanitizer. I was given the forms to fill out and everything was explained to me in great detail. Every step of the way Diana who is very knowledgeable and skilled at her job told me what the next step was and what I should expect. After the treatment, she cleansed my face and even applied aloe and sunscreen! I live on the border of Brampton and Caledon....I will drive that 40 minutes to this spa because they were that amazing! Marghalira Kakar September 23, 2020 - second appointment. Another great experience at La Belle MedSpa. Usually they open at 11am but I wanted an opponent as early as possible so Diana let me come at 10:30. Again she was wearing a mask and face shield. Offered me hand sanitizer and asked about the covid screening. The second session was just as great, Diana made me feel very comfortable and explained each step. All my questions were answered before, during and after the session. Now for the most important part of the review....my results! Wow, after just one IPL session I saw a significant decrease in sunspots, skin discoloration and redness. I had taken before and after pictures in natural light and I already see my skin clear up! My second session although not as dramatic in terms of results, still had a handful of blackspots dry up and peel off. Diana did go a little bit more intense to see if my skin could handle it, aside from a bit of a zap during the active laser process, I didn't see nor experience anything i.e redness, swelling, etc. I have my 3rd and final session in October, hopefully I can update my review with more good news. Being someone with skin problems since the age of 12, my skin is the best it's looked in a long time. I'm upset I didn't know about this sooner! MK

Was not informed of any prerequisites I should take before my treatment. After driving half an hour to the centre, I was advised I’m not the right candidate. I appreciated their honesty but I wish I had been consulted and told before. Also I was not to use retinoids before treatment and was not told in the phone call. After coming to the clinic and choosing another service since I didn’t want to waste my drive and time at this point, she made sure to stress that she was going and beyond for me and made me feel As if I was a burden. I paid extra for the different fee but I wish they had better customer service. Would not recommend this centre if you want a friendly soothing environment for your facial.

I had a good experience and service with Christian and Diana. I could certainly recommend them as they have great knowledge and expertise.

My experience with La Belle MedSpa was wonderful from the service, cleanliness and competence of Diana, the medical aesthetician. Diana clearly explained to me every step of my facial so that I understand the process. I did not experience any discomfort as she was gentle but firm in handling the extractions. Clearly, she knows what she's doing and she even gave me helpful tips in keeping my face clean and bright. The clinic looked inviting and clean and that assured me that I will be getting a safe procedure. I will definitely come back and the price is reasonable.

I have been to this med spa 3 times in past 2 months for 3 different services. It’s ‘the place’ to go to. Their services exceeded all my expectations. The staff is very professional & are highly experienced in their work. They go above & beyond to ensure that you are comfortable & fully understand what to expect during & after the treatment. I would highly recommend this spa to get the best service.

What an experience! The whole time I felt SO EXTREMELY well taken care off - not only during the treatment, but also after care and advice as part of the follow up. They truly want what is best for you with the concern for your safety, well being and the final results. Honest and detailed assessment of the client's individual needs with focus on comfort and outmost satisfactory results. The term "Medical" is certainly based on medical and scientific knowledge and experience of staff/owners. I left very happy, comfortable and confident that I will come back for more treatments at this fine facility.

I had an incredible experience at La Belle MedSpa. Christian and Diana are extremely knowledgeable and took great care to explain every detail involved in the service I was receiving. Christian was honest in his assessment of what treatment he felt was best for my particular skin concern and was extremely patient and precise during my treatment. In addition, Diana ensured that I felt both comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. The clinic itself is beautiful and clean. The service here is unmatched. I would highly recommend to everyone!
