The vet is really kind thorough with the explanation and followed up with us after the lab results for our dog. It turned out to be benign issue. We are happy with the treatment from the personnel and would highly recommend it for your pet. It will be in good hands.

I am a new pet owner and I appreciate her addressing all of my concerns and being transparent. The whole staff are friendly! Overall, I am happy with my service at this location :)

Calling from the parking lot, going to the side door pushing the bell, waiting, taking my anxious dog in without her humans for comfort, going back to my car, waiting for a call to give update, being told to come around to the front door, ring the bell there, staff comes out to assist, goes back in gets my bill and POS machine, I pay my nearly $500.00 bill standing outside like a leper. Staff member goes back in retrieves our dog and makes me wonder do i switch to a vet that DOESN'T do this nonsense? Perhaps.

Animals exhibit little, if any, fear entering or leaving this excellent hospital. Costs have always been within reason and they have never pushed unneeded goods or services to me. I highly recommend them.

We have heard so many bad stories about other people's experiences with their vets... but we got lucky to have found the best people to care for our furbabies. Dr Wise and staff are the best animal people and you can tell that they really care for the animals they see. Our 2 mo puppy came in for her first shots and got home like nothing even happened... a sign of a good visit, I believe. Thank you to the Bloor Mill Vet team!
