Not only did they cure the problem but they explained the situation to me clearly and patiently so that I could take preventive measures. My dog is 85% better without overloading her with a tonne of medication. I am forever grateful to Dr Caitlin Forbes! I am so glad I took my dog here.

They’re so nice and so patient with him as he has some separation anxiety. But they slowly walk him in with treats and by the time he’s done his tail is wagging and he’s got a smile on his face! I’ve moved an hour out of the city but will still be making the trip for the best care! Always so kind and so gentle! Thank you to everyone for looking after my babies so well! If anyone is looking for a vet, I HIGHLY recommend North Kipling Vet Hospital!!

I didn't have a vet in this area and I phone every veterinary clinic located in Etobicoke and surrounding areas trying to get an appointment. I explained she appeared to be in pain and I needed an appointment, no-one could help, the closest appointment I received was October 1st, 3 weeks away. I called North Kipling and they said they would squeeze her in some way that day. The doctor said she wouldn't let a animal suffer, so she would make room for her. They were very busy, practically running from one owner to another but always professional, informative and very kind to the animals in their care. My dog is very nervous and since I couldn't go in with her it meant a lot to me that they were so gentle and kind. I spoke to the doctor after the consultation and she was knowledgeable, intelligent and personable. They may have stayed late just to accommodate my little dog and it was appreciated. That they were so knowledgeable and caring I would definitely go back for follow up care.

D	Donna Bardy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here for years with doctor White. Since the new owners took over I decided to stay. Regular shots and check ups for my 2 dogs. Just before Christmas my male became ill. He had diarrhea for days. I called and begged for help. I was told there was no availability until the new year. Further it would cost $78. Per dog for visit. Then whatever bloodwork and medication they needed. I explained that she must have misunderstood and that there was only 1 dog sick and it was the male. Not the female that she continually referred to. I finished the conversation upset obviously, my baby was quote ill, said I would have to find a vet who gives a damn and hung up. That crisis has passed so I tried to get an appointment for my female who is pregnant, I was told the last receptionist said I had made a racist comment and we are not a good fit. How does telling someone they misunderstood equate to a racist comment.

Everyone we have interacted with has been professional, friendly and kindhearted towards us and most importantly to our kittens. It is an uneasy feeling during these isolation times to let go and entrust the care of your pets while you wait outside, but because of the caring voices during the telephone communications we were able to trust them and the process of care.

Both who as they have gotten older have developed various health issues that Dr. Gibbon has not only detected, but thank you to her on-going care (and in my opinion reasonable pricing) have allowed my dog and cat live comfortable lifestyles that I hope will bring them well into more of their senior years! When a new kitten decided to unexpectedly join our family this year during Covid, I was weary about beginning the whole process of a new pet, the vaccines, the spay and everything else I didn't even know where to begin again. But even with Covid restrictions I can confidently say that my now 10 month old kitten actually enjoys hers visits going to North Kipling for whatever reason..even after her spay surgery, still happy as can be to march in there! As our pets age (and new ones seem to be joining our family) I am happy to call Dr. Gibbon the vet for our family! Thanks again North Kipling!
