A	Amy Thong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their party pizza that I order for my workplace on a monthly basis tastes great. So I thought I'd give it try from home. Ordered online for pickup at the same location in the evening. There were roughly four staff members behind the counter and none seemed to want to service us. They were pretty unwelcoming. We told them we're here for pickup, a man brought our food, put it on the counter, we paid and he left without letting us know that everything was there; very minimal communication... No receipt as well so we had to call the man back to confirm. The pizza didn't meet our expectations in terms of taste but it looked good. The wings are small compared to their competitors as well. Overall, just okay. If it wasn't for the decent experiences I have with them at my workplace, I probably would've gave a lower rating.

S	Steven Hall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly awful service. I didn't have the phone number of my hotel ready when placing my order, so they hung up on me. I'll never order from here again. They don't deserve your money. Impatient, rude, and uncaring customer service. The food was mid at best. This place has literally nothing going for it. Save your money and eat cardboard instead. That will leave a better taste in your mouth than dealing with their employees.
A	Assana Tavoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We often order from Pizzaville but we learned very quickly NOT to walk-in to the Kipling and Rexdale location to place an order. I don’t even know where to start. On numerous occasions they messed up our order; either from being two hours late for our daughter’s birthday party and not even compensate us for that fact that we had close to 50 guests waiting or when we placed an order then went back to pick it up, only to notice that they didn’t even make half the order-especially when I personally saw them write it down right in front of me. Then the lady that works there jumps in with an attitude to justify THEIR mistake. It was also hard for me to believe that a store can pick and choose when to follow their franchise deals. Usually when we order a particular pizza meal we get two free pops with the order, but the last time I ordered the exact same thing, the person behind the counter refused to add the drinks because he claimed that in order for us to get that deal we have to place the order at the call centre. It Made absolutely no sense to me, we literally placed the same order and paid the exact same price. This location does not have proper customer service whatsoever and very boldly make the customer feel like they are doing them a favour, even though they messed up on the order. We will no longer be going back to give that location our business and when we do order from the call center, we will ensure that it does not come from that specific store.
M	Matty Why on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered delivery tonight. The whole experience was worth the 5 stars. The guy who took my order was quick and polite. The delivery driver was making my son laugh while we were exchanging the money for the pizza. And the pizza was top notch. We ordered a party size pepperoni, bacon, green pepper, and mushroom. Every bite was packed with cheese and toppings. It was cooked to perfection. We will definitely be ordering again soon!
