★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely awful. I deserve a refund. Using Skip, I ordered a shawarma chicken poutine last night and oh boy. There was a few crumbs of chicken with NO POUTINE sauce. 2/3's of the garlic sauce that was added
wasn't even ON the fries!! Please remove this item from your menu because you clearly have no idea how to make it. I just threw my money down the drain for no reason. Never coming back here again. If you're a potential customer reading this, save your time and money and go to the Pizza Pizza across the street. Extremely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the previous owners, I’m not sure what happened to this place. I ordered spicy fry poutine. Paid for a spicy fry poutine and got old fries that were re-fried in old dirty tasting oil. Pray for me that I don’t get sick from this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely displeased with the customer service experience, I arrived well before the the 3:00am close time stated on their online platforms, I was then completely ignored by a woman that had mad eye contact with me but continued to put on her jacket, she then proceeded to tell me they follow Uber Eats delivery times. When asked why all their online platforms explicitly say they close at 3:00am, she ill mannerly replied with “I’m unsure but we’re closed, and we follow our in house clocks”.
I definitely will not be returning back and would advise anyone else looking for a late night snack to avoid their terrible customer service and look elsewhere.

So it means it's not the driver's fault, it's the restaurant's fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience. Their wedges aren't the standard size s other double double locations. They are as best as i can describe, cut in half. They are not breaded but deep fried. Zero breading on them. I asked for mostly drums, they had more wings than drums. The wedges were only 19. the fact they count, and couldn't even do so right is sad. Its potatoes. Other locations load the box up with standard, breaded wedges!. The box they serve it in is some white cake-like box, not a standard double double box, with zero logo/branding on it. The wings were not battered nicely and very small compared to other locations. I would have Double Double investigate this store and have them comply to quality consistency as other stores do. Rude service too.
Make your customers happy, for items like potatoes just fill the box. it ensures ill be back weekly, cost nothing, and gains you service. small fries from mcdonalds are still packed and overflowed in the bag then you can put proper, breaded , well sized wedges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with a friend. I love this place because is great for late eating since it close at 4am. Menu is easy to understand and fast completion of orders. Amazing price, lots of food, and food tasts good for the price. The lady there cooks and serve, and has great customer service. Very hard working lady, only hope she is not been over worked, that's the only reason I don't put 5 stars. Love the wings and garlic bread.
