P	Paul Civitillo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good pizza but I didn’t like when I entered the store these kids where playing loud rap music on there cell phone just hanging around in the store… very unprofessional ….the store owner should have told them to shut off… not good for business and cause of COVID there should be a limit of people in the area …total of 6 people in a small area of space.

They still cannot make bruschetta pizza. Never ordering Pizza Nova delivery again, always going to another location for pickup. Train your staff.

I was accused that the driver dropped off everything but I did not receive everything! I am missing pollini and a dipping sauce yet they did not listen to the customer that should have just received the order. I did not get a refund or wings or dipping sauce! This is not okay

The crust was so hard it was hard to bite and the toppings was messed up literally and moreover i think the cook doesn’t know how to bake well done pizza. I will not suggest anyone to have a pizza from this location.
A	A B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's no wonder you're a 3 star location.Service quality is horrible here.I live in Peel and was in Etobicoke over the weekend and decided to stop in for some pizza and bites..I was told a 20 min wait for the bites and left and came back 15 mins later was told 10 to 15 mins more..the girl (Ash)who served me had a serious attitude and a dirty apron,no hairnet,the taller guy that was there was harmless just a passive body to fill the store..everyone is on their phones and annoyed when you come to place an order.As a fellow business owner all of my operations are 5 stars,if you want to know how to achieve this through proper customer service just ask.Dirty attitude defeats an entire establishment. I hope the owners read this review and do something to fix this.I will not support a business that lacks what it takes to make a customer feel appreciated.
C	Camille Bautista on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3/5 stars. I got the Roasted Parma Pizza and the Plantollini. The pizza was okay, it had a very mild taste but the crust was good. The Plantollini, on the other hand, was burnt and came with such a small amount of sauce each bite was stuck in my mouth. The product itself is really good - I had it another location and it was fantastic - but here? As you can see in the picture, each nugget was burnt and the sauce was nonexistent. There was one nugget that was so burnt I just threw it out. To the cooks - please make sure you cook your food right so it doesn't get wasted.
