I just went there to return my packet and the boy at the front desk never gave me any return confirmation when I asked for it he told me that I will get an email soon. I never got an email after an hour then. Then I called at store 5 times no one picked the call. I travelled back to store just to ask about my return confirmation and the guy at counter was so rude, he gave me bad expression, bad language and also used F* word and said this is totally pointless .
Even I called the store manager he was even worse than the front counter guy. When I didn't get any solution, I asked for the Store Owner contact information, and they never shared with me.
These two rude guys talked to me rude because I am girl and I went there alone that's why they talked to me like that.
