We were worried when we brought her to the Humberwood Animal Hospital for vaccination and a surgery. Before the appointment date, the staff talked to us on the phone and guide us what we need to do, which was very helpful. On the day when we dropped her off here, the staff also shared in details (on the phone as we were not allowed to be inside due to the restriction) of what they would do and what we would need to do aftermath. They handled her fine and completed the job to our satisfaction. They are a very experienced team with good customer services. Thank you!

They were very professional and understood how to handle a highly anxious cat. Pricing is very fair and the staff cares about my cats well being. Highly recommend.

I was definitely nervous about taking her for surgery but all my answers and concerns were addressed with kindness and patience. Also really appreciated the follow up call to check and see how our fur baby was healing :)

H	Heathoora K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not only did we get our dog spayed here but we also consult with the team whenever there is a scenario when our dog may need more medical attention than the usual check ups. Our dog cut her paw on glass a couple months ago, similar to another reviewer, however we absolutely loved how the clinic handled it! We took her to our local spot (a different vet downtown) first since we thought she might need immediate medical attention. They cleaned it and prescribed her antibiotics and told us she needed stitches the following day. We called Humberwood Animal Hospital for a second opinion. After they saw many photos we took of her paw to determine the severity, Humberwood told us that even if she had stitches they would reopen immediately because she has to walk on it. They recommended that we leave her wound open to heal and get air, clean when needed, cover when going outside, and reduce her walking/time on foot. Instead of the wound healing in 2+ months time, she healed in two weeks! In our case, stitches were totally useless and the natural method (plus antibiotics and proper hygiene) worked! We saved $900, added care time, and months of recovery - thanks to the Humberwood team! We’re super grateful for this vet clinic. Their care is so honest and they really seem to strive to make vet services affordable and practical. Highly recommend for all your vet needs - especially in times where you need a second (and honest) opinion/evaluation!

When they came home they were a little sore and sleepy but otherwise happy kitties. They healed super nice and when I had any questions all I had to do was call and they were super helpful. The front desk ladies are very nice, I would definitely recommend this animal hospital for affordable spay and neuter. Almost everywhere else was double the price and for 2 cats we would have never been able to get it done if it weren’t for this place.
