★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very unprofessional agency. They made me come all the way from downtown to collect a cheque and when I reached the lady from accounts had already left. Under normal circumstances it's understandable, but I had confirmed just an hour before leaving. Horrible horrible service. The folks at the reception are soo rude and very unprofessional. All this just talks a lot about how they conduct business. Home Buyers & sellers pls stay away from this place as much as possible and try find a better team who are more responsible with clients and know how to conduct business.
I usually don't give such a bad reviews, but this sales team is just horrible. I cant imagine me or anyone in my network doing business with such a bad team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst realty offices I’ve ever worked with! we are building a new house and we need to rent for 24 months and we contacted the listing agent. He booked an appointment for us and I told him my realtor and I will be there at a certain time. He ignored my message for almost 24 hours and then he replied saying he can no longer accommodate us. He didn’t wanna pay any commission to any other agent so he wouldn’t even show us the property. On top of that he told me that he was going to charge an extra $200 per month because we had two kids. This is a five bedroom four bathroom monster house. He said because we were going to take up extra space he would need to charge more. He then asked if my 2 pound dog was declawed and if she wasn’t he was going to charge us extra because the carpet was going to get damaged ??♂️ I don’t know where this guy got his training to be an agent but he needs to go back to McDonald’s and start flipping burgers

The second was a purchase and when we purchased the market was hot, we were still able to get a nice house at a good price thanks to homelife woodbine.
