P	Parise Basque on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This animal hospital is the best place I have been too! Very clean, very organized. To get a appointment is really fast, to have any question answered by the vet either by phone or by visit is really easy and well explained ! I bring my 2 dogs there for all their needs, grooming teeth cleaning, shots, general exam etc. My dog was recently sick for a few days, I brought her there to get examined and she needed to get a IV, they kept her for a day and give me all the meds necessary for her to be better, the vet told me exactly what to do and whittin a day she was back to normal I definitely recommend this hospital/clinic for all your animal needs
S	S D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my 7 year old dog to this clinic in a panic because he was in pain. The service I received was excellent! Dr. Kia took great care of my little Milo. Dr. Kia is very kind and gentle and extremely knowledgeable. Explained what was required an xray and perscribed meds. My little guy is already feeling better being on these meds couldnt be happier with the experience! Thank you Dr. Kia!

My little Morkie was diagnosed with pancreatitis from this doctor and he told me it was so severe that if I didn't do 3 days of IV and no food or water my dog would die. I spent over $1500 because I was told my dog was so sick. After the third day of IV that night he came home I wasn't prescribed any medication. I took my dog to the emergency clinic at 6am cause he wouldn't stop shaking. After reviewing his blood work that clinic told me he was mistreated.. I also took my dog to another vet in my area on Feb 20 and they also told me my dogs pancreatitis was so mild. They actually showed me another dogs blood work that had a severe case of pancreatitis and it was no where near what my dogs blood test was. I'm am so upset that I trusted this DR KIA with my dog. I should of known each and every day for three days that I walked in there, there was no one ever in there. No other people, no pets!! I asked about why there wasn't other animals or people the answer I got was. It's our odd season. WHAT???. Stay away from this dive. Money hungry and lack of education for your fur babies. Very disappointed and feel so guilty I left my baby with these people.

R	R. G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my dog to Major Mackenzie Animal Hospital after she suffered from a dog bite. The incident took place on a Sunday. I called different animal hospitals only to be placed on hold. Dr. Kia was the only one who responded promptly. He gave me instructions for how to treat the wounds myself and told me I could bring my dog to him early the next morning. He examined my dog professionally, stitched her wounds, and prescribed medication. She is recovering very well. I would highly recommend Dr. Kia to friends and family.
M	M I on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Kia and Georgiana are the best team ever! They are caring, compassionate, professional and above all, amazing at their job! I brought two of my puppies to the clinic: one for an ear infection (acquired after grooming) and the other for a dental intervention. Both of my babies were treated kindly, were well taken care of, and now are 100% better. Thank you again to the both of you for being such amazing people who gave hearts of gold!! ??

I have a big friendly dog (Cane Corso/American Bulldog), but many people get apprehensive around him because of his size. Dr. Kia has never shown any kind of discrimination towards him. I'm really happy with the service I've received from Major Mackenzie Animal Hospital so far and I plan to continue to bring my dog there.

Price is fairly high from the place we used to go buy since our original pet doctor passed away, we decided to explore pet doctors closer to home. We have three in our surrounding neighborhood and my family is currently happy with doctor Kai, at times the conversations can seem rude but don’t take it to heart , it’s just the way he is. Reason for 4 star is Handled my cat a tad bit rough but my cat was aggressive so fifty fifty there...had to step in to stop the situation. Prices are $25 higher with medication from Dr Kai from our previous vet. Some pros Lots of parking available Receptionist are friendly Two nice cats to keep you company while waiting..
