Asked for a trim just a cleanup from the length only wanted 1 inch off, just a very easy basic cut but she started cutting 4 inches and the length was not even. Asked her to even out the length she kept cutting shorter and shorter until I told her to stop. She really does not know what she’s doing. Now stuck with uneven short hair.

From there time you enter the door / you are greeted with respect and that respect is carried thru to your cut. The most impressive part is that they remember your cutting / styling request. The other part that makes my visit special is the little extras - as simple as clipping that long fly away eyebrow hair - it’s all important- without having to mention it to her (Sandy) ... it’s gone! I love FCH! I’m glad they are in my neighborhood- like family! Frank PS: I love talking about food and cultural things with the staff too!

I took my younger brother here for his haircut and I was extremely impressed with the work that was done. Very friendly staff and a very clean salon. Would definitely recommend over other locations!

I asked her to cut my daughter's hair with just shoulder length & showed her the photo for her to do. She cut it way shorter and said it's just a little shorter. I was disappointed already & she's still trying to convince me that it looks good. First she didn't listen to what i ask her to do. She said what she did is better. I just look at her & could not believe what I'm hearing. No apologies no nothing. I was very upset & she still thinks what she did is right. Very bad customer service. It was a very bad decision for me to take my daughter to this location. I ask for the manager & they won't even tell me the name. They said deal with the main office.

I RECOMMEND OTHER FIRST CHOICE SALONS BUT PLEASE, IF YOU CARE ABOUT TREATING OTHERS WITH RESPECT, AVOID THIS PLACE! LEARN SOME RESPECT LADY BECAUSE YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER. Dirty salon too!!!!!! ????
