No one was able to meet my lash standard, give me that full /long look that i wanted with maintaining my lash health. Michelle HAS DONE THAT! She gives me the most beautiful lashes EVER! She not only gives me the look that I want but also keeps my lashes healthy and strong, which is the most important thing. I get complaints all the time, even after 3 weeks after my fill. Highly Recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Ritz and Glam is by far the best studio I’ve been to! When I walk in I feel like I’m at a high quality place, where I know I’ll be taken care of! Always smells fresh and SUPER CLEAN! Michelle who does my eye lashes is super sweet, kind, caring and loving. She has a TRUE passion and love for her work and puts nothing but dedication and hard work into her art which is truly what it is. She goes out of her way to make you look your best!
So happy I was introduced to The Ritz&Glam and I wouldn’t go elsewhere!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no question that Michelle is incredibly talented and is amazing at what she does, but her passion goes beyond. She takes the time, effort, patience and is so meticulous with her work which is living proof on each of her clients. I trusted Michelle on one of my most important days of my life; my wedding day. She customized her work exactly the way I wanted, naturally glamorous and elegant. I even decided to do my own makeup on the day of because her work made it so easy for me. I cried, laughed and enjoyed every moment of our special day without having to worry about eyelashes falling, glue coming undone or runny makeup. Above all else, she really cares about her clients and takes it upon herself to ensure we are living examples of her quality art.. yes I said, ART! I used to be a regular eyelash extension client years ago and had to stop because it damaged my eyelashes which took months and tons of eyelash serums to recover. I cannot stress how important it is to trust a professional, you can really cause permanent damage which is really not worth it.. I would recommend Michelle to anyone in a heartbeat with the disclaimer, of course, that you'll never want to stop!

She really cares about her clients, is extremely knowledgable, and takes pride in her work. I have recommended her to family, friends and colleagues - all have been very pleased and continue to regularly go back! Above all, I always get lots of compliments which speaks volumes about her work!

I’ve been getting lash extensions for years and have tried many places which have damaged my lashes numerous times over. It’s so important to find an artist with the skills and technique to give you the perfect look without damaging your natural lashes. Michelle is so talented and her work is absolutely phenomenal! She’s the most kind hearted person I’ve ever met and always goes above and beyond for her clients. Overall, if anyone is considering getting lash extensions you MUST go to Michelle because she is the best and will change your life! You will wake up every morning with beautiful lashes and no need for any makeup!
