★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always have a pleasant experience when I go to this salon. The hairstylists there are always welcoming and interactive with me. I have long hair and it has always been a struggle to find someone who I can trust. They listen to how I like my hair to be cut and they deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lisa is extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment with her and when I went in at my appointed time, she informed me that she booked another guy at my time and that I needed to wait till the guy got there( he wasn't even there) she will cut his hair first and then will cut my hair...ending the sentence with you don't mind do you? She didn't even have the courtesy to ask me if I was ok with giving my appointment slot to another person or how this would affect my plans for the day!
Extremely disappointed. She just lost my business and my recommendation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seeing the good reviews online I decided to bring my son there to get a nice hair cut for an important day as a ring barrier, which I mention multiple times they decided to give my son a new lady that does not know how to cut his hair and cut his ears and than blamed it on him that he moved, when I was standing there the whole time. They than switch ladies to fix it but by than my sons hair is messed up with his ear bleeding. My family was not impressed by the look of his hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great hair salon. I'm a very picky customer but Anne and the rest of the hair stylists are very good at what they do. The prices are also great. All stylists are very engaging and courteous. I would recommend this place to friend, family, and anyone looking for a long-term barber.
