I originally met my stylist Lika at the Victoria Park location and absolutely loved her work so much, I followed her to the new location in Vaughn. She is a phenomenal stylist. I would never trust anyone else to do my hair. I recommend anyone to go to her, she will do an incredible job. Thank you Lika and the wonderful staff of Hair Club.

A	Ashley Millar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Just wow! I went skeptical at first to see if my boyfriend would entertain the idea of having a hair treatment done. After much convincing I was able to make an appointment at this Vaughan hairclub Centre. When we arrived (my boyfriend still being super shy) we were greeted by the receptionist who was extremely welcoming and nice by making us feel right at home. She offered us a little snack as well as a drink and it quickly made my boyfriend comfortable. We were quickly greated by our consultant, Heather. She was so knowledgeable and honest with us every step of the way. There were several options and she chose what would suit our individual needs while still being cost friendly!! This service will definitely change my boyfriends life for the best!

I was charged $500.00 for consultation fee and I was told it would be refunded if I decided not to proceed with the procedure. I was given a $500.00 refund receipt but the credit card charges have not been refunded after 7 days. I notified my credit card company about the situation. Now my credit card company is fighting to refund my $500.00 back. I would never ever trust getting a procedure or consultation with this company.
m	manish chawla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and would never recommend to anyone. I called this place to book consultation and was diverted to their call Centre somewhere in US. They booked me for consultation with Vaughan centre in Canada and i was told that someone would give you a call at the agreed upon time for free consultation. I waited for 10 minutes and nobody showed up. Then after 15-20 min someone from US started cellular text messages asking to join link which i never received. There were many text messages exchanged and i realized that it's international text messages for me and stopped after 30 min. I end up spending $20 in international text and calling but never received a link to join the video consultation. Not only they wasted my time and but spoiled my weekend as well. Looks like they have bunch of call centre agents sitting somewhere in US to trap customers. Do not waste time here as some of the people have already mentioned in their review that many good options are available in Canada and in your city.

Club all looks good but the place where I wash my hair is not clean well .. After my first treatment ,I wrote an email to the customer service to ask about the products method of use, But have not responded for many days. I am not sure if my investment will fail this time.. I can’t give the good feedback so far unfortunately.

She has always answered any questions or concerns that I have had. She has provided the look and confidence in me. The rest of the staff and management have also been very helpful and friendly.
