★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are top notch. I needed a lawyer to close on a property I was purchasing and no other lawyer I found was as responsive and fairly priced as Blackstone Law. Just like the other review said, they faced deadlines deemed impossible by other Law offices and closed my property in a very clean and professional manner. I'm very impressed by Eric Ly and Kenway Yu. They always pick up the phone and advised me well. I chose them at the last minute after being unsatisfied with other lawyers and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. They explained all the documents I had to sign as I was a first time homebuyer and helped me through the legal process. Highly recommend these guys!!

He takes the time to explain the details to ensure the client understands the process and the documents being signed. What makes Eric most valuable to me is that he is prompt and responsive. There were times on the weekends and during the evening hours where I needed legal advice and Eric is always there to help and assist. Highly recommend Eric to friends and family for the exceptional customer service!

This was out second closing handled by them and they did a professional job to ensure the closing was done successfully a d on time. I've been in real estate for almost 10 years and have churned through multiple real estate lawyers because they didn't know what they were doing or couldn't protect our clients appropriately. Ever since meeting Eric a few years ago our clients are 100% taken care of and happy with the entire real estate transaction. He has the expertise and knowledge to do a great job but always has a customer service mindset to make sure our client's understand what they are signing. All my client's are always happy with Eric's services and keep going back to him for other properties.
