I can’t thank the staff at Renovo enough! The staff were friendly and the consultant answered all of my questions. I’m already seeing incredible results and I can’t wait to go back in a couple of weeks for more treatments.

i just got my Botox done with Dr Michael. Very friendly professional doctor. Also the owner Hala is amazing. Clinic is clean and prices are very good with outstanding results.

PLEASE BEWARE, BE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH THIS BUSINESS. Please read other reviews from their 3 locations because they are owned by the same owner. This review is in regards of a refund that I had a very hard time to get back. Normally I wouldn't do a review, but in this case i have to because what happened to me, I don't want anyone to go through what I went through. Please make sure you are ready for a procedure before paying! go home think about it and if you are not 100% sure do not pay because if you do and change your mind like I did, you will have a hard time getting your refund as I did and not your full refund as mine was $50.00 dollars short. On March 12, 2022, went in for a consultation I was greeted by the front desk clerk Crissy ( very nice person, who seemed to be the only one who cared. very good customer service skills)The consultant Luanda was friendly and nice that day. ( her attitude changed after I requested a refund. she was snappy and a bit rude) we spoke little about the procedure in it's self but she seemed confident that the two procedures she was suggesting for my concern would take care of the problem, which was a 1 unit of an under eye filler and a 1 fraxel treatment. I trusted her so she proceeded to say they have some sort of promotion and so I proceeded to make payment. A payment of $904.00. As soon as I made a payment I said to Luanda I have a few more questions, she said she cannot she's busy with other consultations . As I drove home I had doubts but I thought it was my nerves. However Sunday went by and I felt even more strong that I was not ready for the procedure at this time. On Monday the clinic was closed, so On Tuesday March 14 I went in and requested a refund "Yana" the then manager ( she's no longer working there I was told) advised I would be getting an E-Transfer refund as they were busy that day. I didn't get my refund until March 26, 2022 after several attempts and calls about the refund. On Friday March 18 I was informed that only their accountant does refund transactions and that it will take 5-10 days to receive my refund. On Tuesday March 22nd, 2022 which made 10 days by this time, I received a text through Whatsupp app with the name of the clinic. I thought , great I'm getting my refund. When I opened the message it was from someone name Hala and she wanted to know why I changed my mind not do the procedure. I replied " i am not ready at this time." she proceeded to ask 3 more times . I said to her I already answered your questions, all I want is my refund and put this behind me. I asked her, are you the accountant, she then said no she's the manager. I felt awkward having this conversation over whatsupp. So I called and she picked up. She was asking again why I changed my mind. at this point I was getting annoyed. I told Hala (which I found out she is the owner and wife of the Doctor Sameh Micheal who handles all three clinic) that All I want is my refund and that 10 days have passed. Wednesday, Thursday Friday went by and in between I sent her messages asking for my refund. On Saturday March 26 I finally received my refund which was $50.00 short. I sent a message asked why and Hala replied " administrative fees" I looked very carefully through their website and nowhere does it discuss administrative fees nor refunds, only cancellation is mentioned on their website) I was informed this "administrative fees" was not true from another one of their locations. and that Hala decides these kind of moves and she decides if she gives back a refund or not . I should get my full refund . Anyways that's okay at least I got $854.00 back. I have never encounter such experience before. Hala this message is for you.. you are a thief in my eyes, you can keep my $50.00 dollars, clearly you and your husband need it more than I do. your business is so unprofessional and I will never deal with any of your locations.

Hala is truly incredible. I was initially apprehensive and nervous about Fraxel Skin Resurfacing, but her kindness and expertise quickly changed my mind. The outcome is fantastic, and I will be eternally grateful. I highly recommend Renovo skin & body care clinic in Vaughan.

Such a wonderful experience I had in Renovo. First I met with Hala the owner and she was amazing and so welcoming. Never pushed me for any sales but introduced me to the clinic and I enjoyed the treatment.

I went to Renovo Vaughan location twice. First time I met the owner Hala. She was very welcoming and introduced me to the clinic. Then their medical Consultant started to explain in depth the Fraxel laser. She was very professional and informative. I did not feel pushed or rushed. The treatment itself was great and started to notice good results already Highly recommend the place.

I was having problems with my loose skin and didn't know why or what to do about it. I was hesitant to go to Renovo skin & body care clinic in Vaughan after a friend recommended it, but I gave it a shot! I ended up getting the treatment, and the staff gave my skin a complete makeover. She then taught me about proper skincare and set me up with some great products that are working well. My skin has changed dramatically for the better. It hasn't been this firm in a long time. If you have skin problems, I would strongly advise you to visit this clinic. Everyone was extremely accommodating and made me feel at ease.

The most trusted clinic you can deal with in Ontario. I have been there several times for different procedures. Every time I go there I feel welcomed.The place is so clean and charming. I can say I got the best results and the staff were very professional. I met the owners and they are really nice people. I never felt rushed and never was pushed to do any treatment. Prices are really good giving the fact they have latest machines and all certified. I really trust those people and willing to go there more and more.
