They have the slowest service which makes them inconsiderate when so many people are sick and uncomfortable. Also why hire the one receptionist who doesn’t even quickly send the next patient to the doctor? It’s just mind boggling that their service is so poor. You literally have to cancel all your plans because they are short staffed and you will be waiting an average of 1.5 hours before you go in.
N	Nelleah S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuscany medical center is a team of family doctors as well as an endoscopy clinic. I have had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Misho who has been my family doctor for almost 10 years now. She is a phenomenal doctor, listens, takes her time and is very thorough. Due to being so thorough she does tend to run quite late but I dont mind waiting as I know when she sees me, she wont rush me away. She does blood work, ultrasound/xray etc as needed and is always on the safe side and takes my concerns seriously. Dr. Bilbily, the gastroenterologist is also helpful and takes his time however if you arent willing to take all of the medications or would like alternative options, he is set in his old school ways. Diet and healthy lifestyle put my colitis into remission but he wouldnt believe that and continued to prescribe medications that no longer worked, over and over. The medical receptionists are kind and friendly, always call back and try to work with your schedule to get you an appointment, which I found very helpful. They have a lab for blood work on certain days which is convenient as well.

Her office staff are well organized and we have nothing but positive things to report all around. Great doctor's office - great all in clinic.

I'm only giving it 4 stars because the clinic charges for everything. Also, the main receptionist is very nice and sweet, while the other is kind of unprofessional.

My new family young Dr. Dolcetti is incredible intelligent, remarkable professional and helpful. I found out in internet she is in the top three graduating students! That explain everything. Dr. Bilbily check my but every 5 years and I am in good hands. Dr. Misho is a piece of JEWELRY! Thank you!

Dr. Dolcetti is very kind, smart, reassuring and easy to talk to. I never have to wait long for appointments and have also had great experience with reception at this clinic as well. They always call me back the same day, are quick with sending referrals and perscpitons. I really am so grateful to have found this doctor and clinic. Thank you Dr. Dolcetti and staff.

So happy that Dr Misho is my family doctor, she is extremely knowledgeable, kind, and always takes the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. Me and my baby girl were out of pocket patients of Dr Dolcetti here and I never once felt cared for here. Now that I switched over to another practice that needed the babies records including head sizes and growth it was found out that they never even recorded the sizes! This is huge when a doctor wants to look at how the head is growing for baby! I'm really astounded because the doctor was always so sweet. In another instances the vaccines for baby were delayed here and they wouldn't even call you you update you or let you know. I would call to confirm the appointment the day of before leaving the home just to be told oh don't come today the vaccines are not in yet. Like we don't have lives or schedules or other children to plan appointments around. Not to mention that they rarely pick up the phone for appointments. I also was out of pocket and would have to pay even for a small thing like a requisition. At baby's appointments they usually ask how mom is doing or if feeding etc is going well esp if you are a nursing mother. I was told that if you want to ask about yourself you have to make a separate appointment to ask how you are doing. Now that I have switched I know what care really looks like. This clinic is absolutely absurd and I'm very upset about my experience here. Very unprofessional and bordering medical malpractice.
