★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been looking for a family doctor for some time now and finally found one for me and my partner. Dr Rassam is now our family doctor and I am extremely happy with him. He is very knowledgeable and his communication is great and clear! Office is very nice and big and looked very clean. The receptionist is also very caring and sweet. I really liked that when I went in for my physical, they did the blood check right after, very convenient!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: a week after my visit I got a second opinion because my condition was getting worse. Not only was I misdiagnosed, but the medicine I was given was actually making things worse. Go elsewhere.
Original: Saw doctor Ayar, very friendly and professional. Answered all my questions and knew the issues right away. Too bad he's not a family doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this walk in for the first time, while the Doctor I saw was prompt and friendly, the Pharmacist was a complete disaster. I had waited over half an hour after seeing the doctor (I was the only one at the time in line) just to be asked again for my personal information to get my prescription filled, this did not include the time I had to wait again to actually receive my medication. If a paper prescription was given to me, I would’ve saved my time and had gone to a Shoppers Drugmart pharmacy. Wasted over two hours…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called this clinic to ask how they are operating as Covid has changed so many things. Im informed that they close at 5pm. Okay great, I ask why as the time listed on their site and on Google says they are open later. Let me tell you, I CACKLED when they told me their hours were REDUCED DUE TO COVID. You are telling me, that as a health care provider, you are going to reduce the access to your care through a pandemic that is putting excruciating amounts of preassure on our hospitals. You are telling me, that as healthcare workers that can identify the uprise in care necessary, you think REDUCING ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE is the solution?
This demonstration of their intelligence perfectly outlines why I would not trust them with my health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reason I am rating this clinic 5 stars is ONLY because Dr. Ammar Rassam is one of the kindest, most patient, informative, and sympathetic doctor I have ever met. I met Dr. Rassam when I found out I was pregnant over a year ago, and he made me feel so comfortable with my first pregnancy and provided me all the information I needed to know in my first trimester. He was also great with referring me to many specialists, such as the OB-GYN and gallbladder specialists. He has been my sons doctor since birth and is always asking how he is doing (even if its only my check-up). If anyone is interested in finding a caring and helpful family doctor, Dr. Rassam is the way to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was a 0 star option. Doctors here need to understand NOT EVERYTHING IS COVID. I came I with my small son to be checked for an EAR INFECTION. He doesn't have COVID. I know he has an ear infection and just need an antibiotic for it. Well I went in where I was 20 steps from the doctor, only to be told the doctor would call me first to determine if he would see my son..... What?....
So I get the call - he won't see him. Told me to go to emergency because even though I rapid tested my son, it's not accurate because testing doesn't catch the omnicron variant. Why is this clinic open? Most people need to be seen for some type of viral or bacterial infections - NOT EVERYTHING IS COVID! I know what my son has, I just wanted him checked and given a prescription..... Thats it. So this clinic is open for what?!
Called another location, and they GLADLY saw my son and confirmed he has an ear infection and gave him an antibiotic. Even they thought it was ridiculous what this clinic doctor said.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 10stars if I could! I had 3 family doctors before Dr Rassam and I have never found any doctor as great as him! He listens to all my concerns very patiently and tries to find the root problem with me. I am able to discuss my reports in detail and ask as many questions as I like without being felt rushed or dismissed. I have been seeing him for almost a year it started with gastritis and now i have regular phone call appointments during my pregnancy (as I moved to a different city.) he has extensive knowledge about literally anything medical related. He is a great doctor and I wish him a very long and healthy life. Finding a doctor that ACTUALLY CARES AND LISTENS to you is sooo rare, I am very very grateful to have him as my family doctor. Fauzia the receptionist is always very sweet & kind! The clinic itself is always clean as well. Thank you! ??✨
