HORRIBLE WALK IN CLINIC!!!! I brought my 10 month old daughter today as me and my wife noticed something wasnt right about our daughter. When we arrived at the clinic I explained that it sounded like her voice was hollow, like something was stuck in her throat. I also said she might have coughed one or twice. The receptionist walks to the back and goes to speak to whomever, comes back to tell me they can’t take her in cuz she coughed!!!. I snapped, first of all she’s a baby not an adult anything in any matter a baby should always be checked on. They told me and my wife it’s a symptom of covid. I had covid and I’ll tell you it’s not a slight cough. Anyways we left, we seeked other medical Attention and found telahealth to be more successful then this walk in clinic. Long behold they heard how my daughter sounded and said she has croup NOT COVID!!!! I called the office back letting them know the should be ashamed of them selves for letting a 10 month old leave the clinic without be checked up on. Honestly this clinic should either re train everyone on what’s COVID AND WHATS OTHER THINGS LIKE COLDS OR CROUP. I will definitely be reporting this clinic to the ministry of health. I really hope they get audited and hopefully shut down. Please parents DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE AS THEY THING EVERYTHING IS COVID!!! Even for kids it’s disgusting.

I called here Saturday evening as my son was complaining of a sore throat. They turned me away and said they would not see him because a sore throat could mean covid. I said where do I go? The ER for a sore throat? She said go to an urgent care. At that time all urgent cares closed at 6pm. I called back and said if I do a rapid test on my son will you see him...they said yes. I thought this was the worst of my problems. We get there and are seen by a physician assistant, he said it is likely a viral throat infection and give Tylenol and not be alarmed if it lasts a few days. I insisted that we do a strep test, but he said because of covid, they don't do them (not sure what strep has to do with covid). My son was no better this morning (Monday) so we booked an appointment with his pediatrician. He was just as upset as I was that the walkin wouldn't even see me because of a sore throat and even more upset that they don't offer a strep test. Strep comes with complications if left untreated. So within 5 minutes of our pediatrician seeing my son he knew it was strep and the test came back positive. We are lucky we trusted our gut and had him checked out again. It is too bad that we don't have any decent walk in clinics to rely on after hours. My poor son suffered for 3 days because apparently everything is covid these days and kids don't get sick with anything else. I guess these clinics are here for the healthy and no longer the sick. We should not be filling our ERs with cases such as a sore throat, so shame on these places for pushing people away.

Incredibly rude receptionist. We went for a walk-in visit and for a long time nobody was at the front desk. Finally the receptionist shows up after we call out if anyone was present, and the receptionist walks from another room to the desk extremely slowly. Once at the desk, she gives us a weird stare down. We acted the same way back and after sometime we couldn’t handle this strange tension anymore so asked her to be more professional which then started an unnecessary argument, and at one point she even threatened to have us out of the clinic.

1)Waiting time was 1.5 hrs to see the PA, since only one PA works in the office which is pretty rare for walk in clinics. 2) Receptionists are not responsive and lack of empathy for families with small kids. We were told to do antigen tests at home, but turned out had to wait for such a long time without being informed of the waiting situation over the phone.

Came in as a walk in. Got there at about 6 pm. I waited for about 2 hours .. needed to get testing done, which was my main concern and some prescriptions for allergy medication. Upon checking out I'm told that I have have come back to drop my testing sample because the pick up will be to late and the sample will expire. Not only that but after getting home I realized that my prescription was under the wrong name/wrong health card ... I'm calling and no ones answering.... a bit frustrated considering I waited 2 hours to be in the same position as yesterday...

Wonderful, efficient clinic. Ayaz was able to accurately diagnose a rash that other physicians failed to diagnose. Great diligent staff, accessible hours, virtual prescription refills and sms wait time updates...who could ask for anything more! Thank you for the excellent medical care you provide for our community.

Not sure why the negative reviews? I've been here several times for myself as well as my toddler. The reception has always been incredibly friendly and efficient. The wait times are usually low but they also offer to call you if you want to shop in the Walmart instead of waiting in the office. The place is bright, clean, sufficient covid safety and sanitization procedures. I've seen 2 or 3 doctors I think, and they've all been friendly and knowledgeable, taking their time to answer my questions. I was once turned away from being treated because I had a cough (understandably) but I received treatment over the phone. They called in under an hour and the doctor was super nice. What more could you ask for?
