E	E R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am going to totally echo NCK’s review below!Great receptionist, I saw Dr Sadia Siddiqui. Given the COVID time we are in, she diagnosed me correctly and not just tell me O have COVID and sent me in my way! I got the correct medication for my diagnosis. The pharmacists are the same. Very caring and friendly! I think we are going to be moving all our pharmacy requirements to this location from Shoppers. I am sure Shoppers doesn’t need my money and it’s always a challenge to communicate with such a big organization! I don’t have any negative comments based on my experience with this clinic! Thank you to the Vellore Medical Centre team!

Keisha the nurse who does the blood work and sometimes works the front desk too is the best person I've ever had draw blood from me. Usually people stab me multiple times and bruise me, complaining that my veins are too small, I didn't even feel a poke when Keisha took my blood. Dr. Siddiqui matches my tone, the days when I'm a fast talker, she is quick too, she's always patient and calm with my kids, even when they are acting like sick babies. There has never been a wait to see her and she is always suggesting different things to make me feel better before antibiotics. I appreciate her, at a time when it is hard to find a non dismissive family doctor she makes a difference. I think the other reviews should be taken with a grain of salt, because I've been a patient here for a few years since 2013 or 2014 and i've never had a problem, even with the pharmacy.

She straight up shoved the needle into my arm, now I'm no medical student but after 17 seasons of grey's anatomy, even I know that you're supposed to go in at an angle. It was so painful, my arm is completely bruised, and by the time I walked over to my car, my arm was gushing with blood. I had to drive back with one hand. Extremely disappointed, don't go here.

To begin with, Dr. Sadia saved my life many times by treating my stomach issues and mental health issues. Every time I come in, I am never scared to see her nor I have any doubts about her diagnosis. I have always been treated with respect in Vellore Medical Centre and neve left unsatisfied and crying (which I did when I saw many other doctors elsewhere). I wish there would be more doctors in Canada such as Dr. Sadia. Her kindness, support and enormous knowledge will never leave you feeling like you are all alone in this. Furthermore, the staff in the clinic is super friendly and always remember you. I always come with a huge smile on my face because I know I will be greeted and asked how I am doing. Additionally, the pharmacy is amazing! No long lines and waiting anymore! The pharmacist will always describe the usage of a medication and will answer any questions you have without any hesitation. If you ever need help, but scared to be judged, misunderstood or ignored - DO NOT HESITATE and VISIT Dr. Sadia. I guarantee you - you are always heard and cared for at Vellore!

N	NCK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't normally write reviews but I want to share my personal experience with this clinic. The Filipino receptionist is so friendly and personable. Dr. Siddiqui is an amazing doctor. He has been so good to my whole family. He's a good listener and addresses all of our medical concerns and needs especially with my elderly father. Dr. Siddiqui has done more for him in the past 3 to 4 years, then his former doctor did in 30 years. Last, the pharmacist and the assistants are so kind and professional as well. I have read some of the negative reviews. I don't want to take anything away from other people's experiences however, I do feel you should go to the clinic and judge for yourself as my experiences have only been very positive so far.
