Great doctor never had any issues, always checks you out to make sure nothing is wrong?. I am a bit of a hypochondriac and he is always open to my concerns and doesn't shrug me off.

If any clinic deserves 6 stars it's this one. Here is a clinic that truly cares about every patient and is so on the ball when it comes with time its amazing. All experiences with Dr. Paywandi and staff have been positive. Being a relatively new patient here and with negative experiences in the past with other clinics I was a little worried at first. However, I have nothing but positive things to say about PAYWAND Medical Centre. If you're on the fence with deciding to choose a new family doctor you will not regret coming here.

Dr. Paywandi is so proactive! I had a phone consultation and he faxed over my prescriptions to a pharmacy of my choice and I was able to pickup within the hour. He took my inquiry seriously and scheduled me in to see me in person in the upcoming week.

Rude and Discriminating is what comes to mind!!! On October 30th I had a doctor's appointment via telephone of which went fine. I explained my concerns and the doctor advised me to come in for an in person visit on November 6th at 12:45pm. While walking to the entrance of the doctor's office another gentleman was also entering the office. The receptionist proceeded to open the door taking the man's temperature and allowed him to enter not asking him any questions. She then proceeded to ask me if I had an appointment in a very condescending tone as if I had come to the wrong place or did not belong there ...(Might I add she did not greet me at all, no good afternoon or how can I help you) I stated that I had a 11:45 appointment. She then said, are you sure because I don't think so; all while leaving me on the outside and speaking to me with the door half opened. She then said to give her my name (which I did) and she would check (again leaving me outside). She went in, checked her computer and after about 5 minutes came back and said I did not have an appointment 11:45am. Infact, she said it was for 11:15am by this time it was 11:30am. I tried to explain to her the doctor told me 11:45am. She then said you will just have to call and make another appointment. Keep in mind, I came for a complete physical among other things...so this would have not been a 10- 15 minutes appointment. I turned away and left. This was a horrible experience for me and I would not return. I felt discriminated upon as her demeanor said everything from the beginning. I don't know if this is a reflection of the doctor, entire practice or just her but that's not the kind of individual you should have patients encountering as an initial point of contact. It is quite disappointing and a lost to you as I am in need of a family doctor for my entire family.

Dr. Paywandi is an extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable doctor. He is probably the best doctor I have seen in my whole life who cares a lot about his patients.

Rude and unprofessional doctor. Disgusting entitled attitude and should not be allowed to practice. Asked questions that no medical professional should be asking a patient and did not know how to execute simple tasks.

The secretary that works at this medical office is disgustingly rude she has no respect when talking over the phone. She also had an attitude every time I asked her a question if she did not want to work there she should quit and work elsewhere no one is begging her to stay at that job…. disgusting

After realizing I needed to find myself a family doctor, I am very happy that I found Dr Paywandi. During my first appointments with him, he was very thorough and made sure to get my full medical history. The clinic is always clean and staff is friendly. Dr Paywandi never makes me feel like he is in a rush or has better things to do, he always lets me take my time to explain the reason for the phone call/visit. I’m very happy with these services I receive from Paywand Medical Centre
