Empathetic to my concerns, truly cares and never makes me feel rushed out of there. His curiosity lead him to accurate diagnosis. Most of my test were done in the clinic. Service is amazing staff is great.
V	Veronica Seersttan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to find a new family doctor and I was refered to this clinic. Great meet and greet experience. Did not wait long, very organized and friendly staff. Went the next day to do blood work and lovely young lady remembered my name. Excellent experience.
v	vasanth bm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment to see dermatologist for 1:10pm. After arrival started waiting from 1:10pm to 1:40pm and was still waiting. I left without seeing the doctor. I was waiting patiently for 30min from the actual appointment time. Don't give out appointments if you cant abide by it. Wasted my time. They should have informed prior, that they don't manage time or respect others time. Be ready to waste few hours if you are planning on going there. This is not the first, but this has happened multiple times. "People should learn to respect other peoples time" Also, charge your phone prior or have a battery pack, some snacks and be ready to spend couple of GBs of your phone data. Thank You

l	lone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks somewhere else. Didn’t bother to read reviews since it was closest to me. Long wait times and doctor useless. Called in to check in wait times and they said just come in we don’t provide any wait times. As soon as I got there the staff working there didn’t even acknowledge us and made us stand for almost 25m before checking in us in at counter. The staff there seem unhappy and grumpy working there like a job they don’t want to be. Waited over 2 hrs for this. As I’ve seen a guy walk out frustrated about the wait. Finally when the doctor was able to see us for a common cold he said you have a cold but we don’t know if you have Covid so you’ll need to do the test. But we can’t find out here. So just take some Tylenol and have a good day.

I do have my family doctor here bec it’s convenient however the staff doesn’t acknowledge that your there. i’ve waited always around 2-3 hours for appointments i made ahead of time. Once I had strep (i get it quite often) and they made me wait in the car (thinking it’s covid) and i waited in the car for more than 2 hours. and was passing out from exhaustion and heat. the doctor finally came out to take my temp and swap to tell me i had something i already knew and that i should have mentioned it when the appointment was made (which i did). this place has good doctors however no one communicates properly and the waits are long for literally no reason

They do biopsies, stitches, ear cleaning, they have a psychiatrist and more. The doctors are very accessible and stuff is very good on answering calls. We're very lucky of having this service specially with this Covid situation, when most of the doctors don't want to see patients in person.
