N	Naydie Mate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are great there I would even say the best doctors in all clinics. But the receptionist are very bad never answer phones. And when im there you can see them always talking and just letting the phone ring (saw that happen a few times)

M	Maaz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid $100 to get a form filled out by a Doctor at this clinic. He ended up missing one line, due to his incompetence i had to wait 3 hours in line at DriveTest to get told that the form was incomplete. Would 100% not recommend this clinic to anybody.
Y	Yasser Albert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this clinic on Sunday Dec 5,2021at 11:00 am, I had the worst eye pain I ever had in my life, Dr. John-Robertson Coutts checked my eye and told me that I have an infection and nothing to worry about, in the main time I was telling him that I am feeling something is in my eye and is scratching my eye badly to the point that I can't blink anymore. so he gave me an eye drop antibiotic's and send me home. after I left the clinic I went home took the antibiotic's drops and I felt even worst then before. The same day I had to go to the emergency at Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital at 10:00 pm, Dr. Nicholas Clarridge checked my eye and right the way he took me to a little eye surgery room, He had to freeze my eye and pull a plastic peace from inside my eye lip. I felt a huge release and way way less pain after the plastic peace was pulled from my eye. My point in this review is to ask all doctors specially Dr. John-Robertson Coutts to make sure that your are checking and spending the time with your patients and DO NOT describe any medication unless you are sure about it.

I refuse to call him a doctor mainly because he is very unprofessional. I walked in today and was kindly asked by a receptionist that the doctor will not be looking at any more patients as more patients walked in. The other patients were gladly checked but me and my father were asked to leave. This was a request from Robert Chen which makes me question his professionalism. I would never ever recommend “Robert Chen” to any one and whole heartedly believe he should be dismissed.
R	Ruby Q on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Chen is the best doctor I’ve ever seen in North America. Im a foreign temporary immigrant who has been in the States for seven years and Canada for four years. Being a foreigner is not easy, and finding medical attention is extremely hard. I don’t have family physician, so I had to walk around and try walk-in clinics only. During the pandemic everything just got harder for everyone, all the clinics are having long line and refusing walk-in patients. I’m in early pregnancy and have some bleeding going on, I visited four walk in clinics in Vaughan during the storm day, and finally, Dr. Chen is the only one who was willing to see me. He explained everything and ordered several tests for me, with patience. And he called me in the morning right after he got the tests result back, no reception in the middle, he just keep calling me until I picked up my phone. He explained everything to me and ordered me more tests, he was also showing concern that I don’t have family doctor and OB. I have never had such a long talk with any doctor, this was the first time that I can feel a doctor really cares about his patients, rather then rushing to finish the conversation. He was trying his best to solve my problems. I highly recommend him.
