★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was referred here by my sleep specialist after being diagnosed with sleep apnea. All my interactions were with Rosy at the office. I am very pleased with the level of service I received. Rosy was patient and answered all my questions regarding devices/equipment and pricing. I always felt like a priority customer, whenever I had an appointment I had their full attention. I would strongly recommend Complete CPAP on Creditstone. Thank you for all your help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Edit: Changing to 3 stars because the business owner reached out to me and said there actually is an option to purchase with the OHIP limit. They should answer this honestly when a customer asks.
Huge scam. Do not buy here. You should only have to pay $138 out of pocket for the machine after the government 75% reduction. They refuse to sell the machine alone and sell the machine in a "package" so they can mark up the masks and accessories like crazy (you can get them very cheap on amazon or many other online retailers). They wanted 1000$ after the 75%. Go to Medigas or anywhere else. Do not pay beyond the OHIP limit! Out of pocket should be only $138. Disgusting way to do business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using a CPAP machine supplied by this company for a year now, and they have been collecting all of the data on my usage. So when I asked them if they could provide me with a battery for the CPAP machine that could last 3-4 nights for an overnight camping trip, they sold me a PILOT-24 LITE CPAP Travel Battery for about $400.
They assured me the battery would be able to last a few full nights of usage before it was recharged, so I didn't look into it any further. But when I actually tried it out, the battery could not even last for a full 6 hours before dying.
I thought maybe the battery was defective, so I contacted the office again. To my displeasure, the receptionist told me that there was nothing wrong with the battery, nothing they could do about it, and that all sales were final. He even had the audacity to ask me if there was anything else he could help me with despite being incredibly unhelpful to begin with.
Further emails were subsequently ignored and of course the phone number listed on their Google profile conveniently cannot receive incoming calls. I would advise anyone dealing with this company to do all of your research beforehand and don't take anything they say for granted (even though these people are supposed to be "professionals" in sleep care) because all they care about is sales. If the products they sell happen to be useful to you, great; but if not or if there is a product defect, they won't help you after they've taken your money.
