★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Choose any other vendor - staff does not understand insurance reimbursement policies. Kept insisting the invoice is sufficient, despite my indicating my insurance company clearly stated I needed an ADP letter - refused to answer if the paperwork was filed yet, only answering that they don't get paid by ADP for 6 months.
Yes, they do home visits - person arrived with a small selection of masks - they were considered vended the moment they opened the package, and no demos or samples were brought to ensure proper fit prior to opening packages. When one did not work I was fitted for a replacement mask over the phone - "how big is your face?" - I had to find and print a fitting template myself to figure out the right size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the best place with the best customer service anywhere. They will accommodate you like no other cpap supplies/equipment business. Have been seeing Viktoriya for yrs and have never been let down even in emergency short notice situations. May they expand to all cities so people can see how a real business with client focus is run. Bobby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My doctor said I need sleep apnea machine, I chose ProfMed Maple as they are not far from my house, the Lady Julia very professional and knowledgeable answer all my questions and explain everything about all the machines and masks. The place looks great showing all masks and machines. I told Julia that my mother gave me the machine and she had a brand new mask as well. Julia could easily said I need a brand new CPAP machine. But instead she helped me to programming to my liking and didn’t take a penny from me. Top notch customer service, very honest. I recommend this place to everyone. God bless her. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in and waited for the employee to grace me with her time. I seemed to have disturbed her from whatever she was doing. She was curt and her answers to my question were short yes and no. Not friendly. Other places offer 30 day exchange, whereas she said once its opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged. I do not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first experience purchasing CPAP equipment and we couldn't be more satisfied. We were able to buy the prescribed equipment at a fraction of the price offered by the medical facility and our representative Julia was particularly helpful as we have no experience with the care and maintenance of the equipment and therefore had endless questions. We really appreciate his patience and thoroughness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After carefully reviewing all the bad experience review, I am not hesitate to share now….. walked in waiting waiting waiting ,…. Then a customer walked in behind me ….. now we are both waiting….. staff continue looking at computer screen …. Me and customer looking at each other, she finally speaks up , “excuse me “ staff say “ yes?” But no eye contact continue sitting at her seat ……I walked out , and when I was getting to my car , the other customer walked out too….. great service …… guess they are so rich, don’t care if they sell or not lol ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching far and wide for a machine, called here, nobody answered, within not even 5 minutes I got a call back (amazing) and what took me 4 days searching, here took me 1 hour and I was in and out with my machine. She informed me of everything regarding my machine and mask, I am extremely happy with the service I got. Very efficient, quick, and Knowledgable. Most of the bad reviews I read are people who don’t understand what patience is and if someone is busy, you wait. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks a bunch!
