★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My APAP had stopped working and I took it in to get checked out. Bob's first thought was the power bar and he tested my machine on their equipment and it worked. He got me a new power bar and I was back in business. the charge was minimal. Great Service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before anyone decide go CPAP Vaughan be very careful because you are going to receive one of the worst service from here. If you contact them they will lure you to purchase your machine from them. Once you purchase the machine you are stuck. In case you have your machine faulty your life is all gone because the clinic technicians will make sure you suffer and make you keep on visiting them repeatedly.Be very careful if your service technical staff is Leo because she is not just arrogant but also disrespectful to the customers. Since the very beginning I had very negative experience from their staff other than Juli Mora and hold myself from the review but the recent treatment from Leo forced me to post this review to alert people who might plan to go there.I do not recommend this place and that’s a strong negative experience from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and selection at this office makes for a pleasant experience. The staff are professional and courteous and the level of care is outstanding. Leonisa was particularly helpful - quick to reply to my emails/questions and offered suggestions and solutions that resulted in finally finding the right mask.
This business has an exchange policy like no other making it possible to get a good fit that suits your needs. I highly recommend them.
