★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dropped in expecting to have to leave my repair and was extremely pleased with the on the spot service Michael provided fixing a wheel on a new (once used) piece of luggage. As well, he gave me some additional tips on how to deal with any future problems. His work was done quickly, efficiently and I am very happy with the service he provided. Thank you Michael. It was a pleasure meeting you and your kindness was very much appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Michael with 2 suitcases one needed 2 zippers the other case had the zipper teeth ripped from fabric. Micheal had the first repaired in minutes and told me the other was garbage, which I thought . He is an school craftman and fantastic, honest and helpful for me the hour drive was worth it. It easier going there then try to show pictures and describe the problem. He tell you straight away as he can see it.
I would recommend him and saved this store for future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is a little rough around the edges. However, let me tell you, he got my locked TSA on my suitcase open in record time and switched out the broken lock with a new one in under 15 mins. This guy was a life saver. Please note that he does not have a debit machine. Cash only.

I went to Luggage Town to get my Briggs and Riley garment bag repaired. Because of my experience with another repair center, I was prepared to leave my bag for up to a month.
But, Mike Goril got to work right away and, within a few minutes, replaced both wheels and repaired the broken zipper. The same work took the store on Don Castor a month.
I highly recommend Mike and Luggage Town. He has a great welcoming attitude. I gave him full five stars. He has earned them. Thank you Mike. Thanks Briggs for choosing Luaggage Town as your service centre.
