G	Gioia Beurre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible. To begin, The staff is incredibly rude stuck up and completely disregard all clients presents and their requests. After explaining that I wanted a silvery blonde balayage the hair stylest assurred me she could do it. 400$ later i left with the worst hair ever. ORANGE streaks. she tried to tell me that bleach could not lift the colour and she gave be baby lights instead of a balayage bc its more ‘natural’. I have virgin light brown hair (never dyed) which bleach should have lifted effortlessly. I went home with ORANGE streaks. Do they even buy toner??? I then went home to CHUNKS falling out. Worst experience of my life. Incredibly overpriced, rude staff, damaged my hair, hair breakage ect. You’d think the staff would spend money on good products for their clients but instead goes straight to their botoxed faces. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I went in for a much needed cut, colour with high lights and lo lights, I left feeling like a princess. I go back on a regular basis now, 3 years and counting! They also sell very high qualitty products that have changed my hair for the better.

The salon aesthetic is superb and the customer service is perfect. If it were closer to my home I’d make JC my primary salon. Would recommend to anyone.

I am writing this review as a warning to women not to part with their hard earned cash at this salon. I was fine with my quote for my extensions, for just around $700 but I’m not fine with my hair being a different colour from root to tip, telling me that it will blend after a few washes!! Bogus!!!! To make matters worse, my extensions began to start falling and even the ones that are in my hair are showing thru. I called the salon in tears, asking them to do something about my hair, and nothing! Blaming ME for my extensions, and not taking account for their poor service. I’ve never had a salon, or just women in general be so snobby, rude and disrespectful. Please don’t be fooled by their filtered Instagram account or the family members that are reviewing that they had the best experience at this salon, they are trying to reel you in and take your money. So if you want rainbow hair, treated like garbage and have your hair ruined. Visit this salon.
