★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Updates: stay away from this company, not reliable and bad customer service from corporate side! According to the lease agreement, they can increase price at anytime with 30 days advance notice, i was never communicated, and the price went up on Jun 1st, 2022, I called and asked why, they told me the notice was sent out by mail, and forwarded me the image, I pointed out the address was incomplete and different from lease agreement, asked them to adjust, and I agree the change from next month. The DISTRICT manager refused to do so, and blamed Canada post didn't send it me when the address was clearly not right. Just a warning for people who are looking for storages, stay away from a business that are dishonest and refuse to admit their mistake!
Review from Nov 2021, Deep, store manager is very friendly and helpful, she keeps the place clean and organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samantha and her colleague were very kind, the facility looked clean (it's a little over a year old now I believe), and the rates were (and still are) the lowest In the area (as are many SmartStop Locations.
But the reason for the rating on this review is mostly with the customer service line and their attitude towards me and the situation that I was in. There seemed to be a miscommunication between them and myself as well as with the team at the location. I was told multiple times that the temporary district manager would contact me and hopefully be able to address my situation but its been about a month now and still no phone call. Very disappointed with the service through the phone.
Not sure if I will consider/use SmartStop for my storing needs but I know that I will heavily take into consideration nearby self storage facilities and pay a higher premium if It means that I'll get the respect and courtesy from all parts of those companies, from the location itself to the customer service line. I just personally have a bad taste for this company now based off of my many phone attempts to speak with the DM and hopefully have had the situation solved.
But all in all, this facility seems clean and the staff are kind so by all means, reserve a unit here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to rent a temporary storage unit as we were moving houses and the experience at SmartStop was wonderful! I would highly recommend them to anyone. I had to pleasure of dealing with Deep and Samantha and they were both excellent. Friendly, patient, accommodating and answered all of my questions. Thank you Deep and Samantha!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deep's customer service was excellent. She took the time to provide options for the best one to choose for our storage needs. She was very helpful and explained things well. This location is very clean, easy to access and well lit. Highly recommend it if you need a personal extra storage facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New building and clean facility. Customer service reps are nice and helpful. Rates are reasonable and promos are good. However these so called promos are only good for 6 months. And "corporate" will increase your rate according to "market value". Really good storage for short term. If you are looking for long term storage I suggest that you read the fine prints of your lease.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The managers there, Samantha and Deep, are extremely helpful and kind! They really knew what was best for what I needed. I have dealt with other storage facilities and this is by far the best. Not only are the prices competitive but the managers really are exceptional and that makes the difference to me. Any small issues, if any, are dealt with professionally and they go above and beyond for me and my family whenever we are there knowing how stressful our situation is. Highly recommend!

Customer service is great too. Deep was so kind, very welcoming and answered every question I had! Having someone like her there really gives you the confidence to know your belongings are respected, safe and that they appreciate your business! I’m happy we chose SmartStop and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them! Thank you!
