★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a 10x12 unit for my furniture, for about 6 months. Yesterday, when we opened the unit to empty, there were mouse droppings all over my furniture. I was horrified. The manager asked me if there was any food and I said absolutely not. She wondered why the mice targeted MY unit. I spoke to the owner and he said..."we haven't done anything wrong, so we will NOT do anything for you". I had simply asked for the sofas to be cleaned and sanitized because they are in my garage. Can't bring them in. He flat out refused. He pointed out to me that they have containers with mouse poison in each unit. I guess they DO have a mouse problem. The mice obviously didn't target MY unit. They were in the neighborhood and just ........dropped in to visit. Not a good place to store your stuff.

unrelated to the excellent service, i was oddly charged a random 15.47$ for my 'completely free' pickup. i'm sure this will be resolved with the company.
this was painless!

Andy discriminated against my family and I. He was supremely rasict and disrespectful towards my wife. He yelled at my children and tried to lecture me about parenting. I have NEVER experienced such insulting behavior in my life!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners treated us poorly. Other renters on the property wanred us that the owners are horrible. They behave in unprecedented ways and switch moods like we change socks. We were asked to move a few small things on our lot nd agreed to do keeping in mind we only got the lot a few days ago and it's our peek season in our business. Sadly we have lost a close family member and it delayed the process by a few days. ANDY They called us and disrespectfuly asked us the leave the yard. "this is how we do business in CANADA"
DONT GO TO THIS JUNK YARD.
