Tech showed up on time took a measure of repair and said would phone when he would return in a day or two. He did show up 2 days later without a call. did the repair and was paid. When repairing, I noticed he was using a tool that was just like mine. A small vice grip with blue handle. This is not a tool used by repair men. Days later went to use the same tool and found it missing. I phoned to ask if he had taken it by mistake. He did say he did not, but he lied about using it. It is not the price of the tool or it's replacement. It is about trust. After all these years I do not recommend this company any longer. It sadden me

Today , they came on time, replaced the cable and replaced the cable on the left side also. I was going to ask them to do that, but serviceman Jeff did it without asking. Price was $165 including tax, which seemed reasonable to me.

When you call the receptionist she does not even tell you that she will connect you to the sales guy and just put you through. No customer service for a big company like that. Now when you left message with that Joe he does not return your phone call. He even told me that even I put bad reviews on the receptionist nothing will be changed. Very unprofessional. I have bought my garage door 15 years ago with Burrell and the customer service was so good at that time. That is why I wanted to change my garage door to match my front door and this is what customer service I am getting.

I spent months obsessing over the balance between price, quality and rapport I built during the quote process. I finally settled on Burrell because they were the most professional. They were also a referral I got from a friend. I picked a Garaga door with black edge which looks very slick. Great experience overall!
