We looked into several companies however the professionalism, prices and service of Trust Build exceed all the others and our expectations. Our sales rep Ilya G was so informative, patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain, answer all our questions and request and we honestly felt like we were dealing with somebody who’s number one goal was to make the customer happy. The installation was done very professionally, quickly and on time. The door itself is so beautiful and was picked out perfectly for our needs and budget. I highly recommend using this company for any door or window replacement/installation.

Alex was present most of the first day to ensure work is performed up to standard and to mentor junior resources. As a sign of good will, he dropped by few days later to order and replace broken main entrance threshold installed by another supplier. I would recommend TrustBuild.

Low pressure and knowledgeable sales staff, factory door tour and competitive pricing sold us but the excellent customer service and wonderful installation will get us to return. The installers were highly skilled, made custom trim upon request and friendly. Door and window quality are top-notch and prices were competitive among other bidders. Alex D. showed up, and presented us with different options. He was very professional, and friendly. He answered all our questions with confidence and responded in a very timely manner. He recommended an Energy Advisor, and even the advisor was very friendly, and responds in a very prompt manner. As for the install of the new windows, we cannot be more thrilled with the finished product. There is no draft coming from the windows anymore, and we even noticed how much the noise from outside has been reduced! They look fantastic.
